Known Issues:
-Transition animations may not work on builds not produced by CyanogenMod Team[default left unchanged].
-May not work with builds not produced by the CyanogenMod Team.
-Problems often emerge when used with "typhoon" builds, none that are serious have been reported, however parts of the theme have not been applied.
-For some users, using Rom Manager's "Fix Permissions" may solve issues involving FC's or "invisible windows" (none have been reported)
Notes:
-Lockscreen is not CM lockscreen it is Widgetlocker[$]
-Typhoon can have minor issues with this theme, such as part of the theme not being applied. I recommend using another rom with this theme.
Instructions:
1)BACKUP!
Theme Installation:
2)Flash just like any other zip.(No wipe needed however it is recommended that cache and dalvik-cache be wiped, just in case)
3)Upon restart go "App Drawer=>Theme Chooser" then pick "HoneygenMod UOT"
(it commonly says that the images are to small, ignore that. Phone users[rather than tablet] shouldn't be able to tell the difference.)
4)Enjoy the fruits of my and others labor.
Boot Animation Installation:
[tip: use R/W permissions in your file explorer]
2)Use a root-file-explorer(I use "Root Explorer" but something like "ES File Explorer" will be fine) to go to "/system/media/" and rename "bootanimation.zip" to "oldbootanimation.zip"
3)Copy "bootanimtion.zip" from where ever you downloaded it to(likely the folder "download" on SD Card) to "/system/media/"
4)Reboot phone to make sure it worked.
Screen Transition Installation:
2)Copy "fold_MM.zip" to folder "AndroidThemes" on SD Card.
3)Go "App Drawer=>MetaMorph"
4)Select "Unzip/Extract new theme"
5)Select "Fold_MM.zip" and apply the theme and RESTART; if it gives you an error keep reading these instructions.
6)If gives it gives you an error(common), reopen MetaMorph and Select "Pick existing theme"
7)Go "Flip_MM=>Flip.xml"
8)Apply theme and RESTART
If Updating:
1)it is not required, but to avoid issues, select an alternate theme for your phone and uninstall your current version of HoneygenMod.apk
2)no wipe required however it is always a good idea to wipe cache and dalvik-cache just in case.
3)flash package as normal
4)Upon restart go "App Drawer=>Theme Chooser" then pick "HoneygenMod UOT"
(it commonly says that the images are to small, ignore that. Phone users[rather than tablet] shouldn't be able to tell the difference.)
5)Enjoy the fruits of my and others labor.

In a couple hours I'm making an update, Ill find out exactly what is what then... however I do know that the lockscreen is widgetlocker[$], the message widget is a part of LP+[$](honeycomb theme), those "buttons" are a part of a volume app[free], and the font switcher can't directly change the font size(however it can give you a font that's bigger).
you may have CM set to have the % in the batt so if you turn that off it should look like mine.
as far as the sendfile, i think you may be referring to dropbox... in which case if you dont know what it is, just visit dropbox.com
i can confirm that this theme works on the HTC HD2 running hyperdroid cm7, (cm 7.0.1 currently to my knowledge) i am a honeybread convert like others ive seen and i gotta say this is beautiful, its exactly what ive been looking for, every detail seems to be a perfect mix of gingerbread and honeycomb on my phone now thank you for this amazing theme

correct, until the next update is ready it will be down... normally this doesnt take but a few hours or even a few minutes, but life happened then mothers day so just got swamped mid process.
This particular update the original had to be taken down because it wasnt compiled correctly so it would flash but only a few bits of the theme would actually be applied.
how do yu download cm 7?

How do you theme the Go SMS app? The preview you show seems to look more like the default messaging app. Maybe a handscent theme would be nice? Other than that this works excellent, great theme and good work.

That can be themed in its preferences...you can use images as well as solid colors, i used a HC wallpaper and then the rest are just solid colors
Awesome theme, I love the notification pull down menu I've been searching for a good transparent one. Keep up the great work.

You will need to go into your MM settings, and move the delay slider all the way to the right (longest time available).
This should work for most builds. If you dont see your ROM build in the flashes then this is what you will want to try! If your current ROM does not have 1-100% battery then use "No Batt" version!! Remember make sure USB debug is on, and for Froyo if you get a FC or a crash then soft reset. When phone is back up continue on to the next part of the theme! Have not tested on Eclair but it should work.

New Flat Black Dialer Skinned by Me.
Transparent Carbon Fiber Pull-Down Background, to match the battery cover of course.
Gradient Black bar from Minimalistic Mod
Lots of parts thanks to Jonnybueno and his GlossyBlack theme.
(I used this as a base for most of the theme but have removed most of the "gloss" and replaced with a flat black gradient.)
Taskbar Icons from the HiResHTC Mod (more stock AOSP looking)
UOTKitchen "Enhanced" battery icon w/ %
Dont like the Battery??
Tazman171 has uploaded this theme with different batteries HERE:

My theme WILL still work if afterward you use one of the circle battery mods of your choice!

You can either to it the hard way, here:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=812541
Or, what I would personally recommend.
Take my Metamorph file and using winrar or 7zip double click the file to open it.
Take the file you want to use and rename it "status_bar_background.9.png".
Replace the old file inside of MMDarkness/twframework-res/res/drawable-hdpi with the new one you just renamed, close the file, and place it on your phone.
Using Metamorph find the new theme, If there was an old Darkness theme then "Replace" not update, and then theme the twframework-res theme.
You are done, soft reset to see changes!

Very cool Reefer....glad to see some new morphs coming.
Well that got borked. I followed the steps in the post you pointed me to and it black screened on me. I fortunately had nixxed's update.zip on my sd card and was able to get back to a working phone. Guess I will save that for a later date

Was I only supposed to put it in one framework? I put it in twframework-res.apk and also framework-res.apk
I didn't try it your way as I didn't put your theme back on after my earlier restore. I had done something and my nandroid was of b6 which had your theme on it but didn't realize it was b6 so I restored then updated to b7 and didn't put your theme back on. To make a long winded explination
I have applied the morph (great work by the way, made my first one today lol) but the top buttons above the dialer didnt change. I still have the default blue. Do you know what the png is called for that one? Also on the lock screen once you slide it over to unlock it the back half turns back to green green?

If you would like to port this theme to any other device or use any part of it for your own doing, then you can download my images and edited .xml files from this post.
You do not have to ask me if you can port this or use any part of it. You do not have to credit me for any of my work in this theme.
I will not be checking this page frequently, but I will try to answer any questions posted here whenever I update the links. If you want a quicker answer, then I suggest saying something to me on Twitter (@david1171_).
This theme is for the official CM7 Nightly ROMs.
Theme Info
The widgets are transparent with white text. I recommend using a dark wallpaper.
The font included in the theme is the Ubuntu font.
If you are using Amon_RA's recovery and the theme is not applying after flashing, then you need to use clockwork recovery.

Yup just realized and I love it! Awesome theme, but one bug. When you type on the keyboard, the letters pop-up and show the letter in a box usually, well the box is black and the letter doesn't show up :/ The small "..." shows in white but not the letter. Just thought I'd let you know. But to make a theme for a phone you don't have is just TALENT!
Oh and the "&" button on the keyboard says "&" I think.
Use a different keyboard . HTC IME mod is great.
There is a bug in the browser, small and not very noticeable though:
(the part marked red)
I like gingerbread keyboard more than HTC imo :/
I made a splash1 to suit the Minimalist theme.
You need HBOOT S-OFF to flash it.
Unpack and flash using adb with the following command:
Code:
fastboot flash splash1 splash1.img
File in the attachment.
i thought the latest cm7 builds supported themeing through apk's? or can minimalist not be ported through it?
Updated to cm_ace_full-18.zip. Fixed the "&" problem with the keyboard, also fixed the letters not showing on the popup when you hold a letter.

I've known about the "&" bug for a while but didn't know what caused it until today when I really started looking for it. There is an extra amp; in LatinIME.apk/res/xml/popup_punctuation.xml at line 7 where it says <Key android:keyLabel="& amp;amp;" /> instead of <Key android:keyLabel="& amp;" /> which is what it should've said to begin with. I think the problem was apktool was doing adding the extra amp; when it was decompiling the .apk. The other one was something I never really paid attention too, but I fixed it in LatinIME.apk/res/values/colors.xml at line 12 by making <color name="latinkeyboard_key_color_white">#ffffffff</color> instead of <color name="latinkeyboard_key_color_white">#ff000000</color> which it previously was.
It isn't that hard for me to include this phone, the only difference it has from the Nexus One version that is on my phone is that framework-res.apk, SystemUI.apk, and Browser.apk are taken from the device specific ROM and themed. The rest are the same .apk's that I use.
The only real work is uploading ~175MBs worth of themes and downloading ~720MBs worth of ROMs.

Thank you for pointing that out to me. I don't ever look at the top of the browser enough to notice that, or I move away from it before it gets to that image. It is fixed in this version. Also, I like the splash screen that you did.
This thread has by far been the most helpful in pointing out things; the screen shots make it a lot easier to know what the problem is.

Because of all the .xml's that I have edited in this theme (along with the ton of .png's) I do not know how all of it would be made to work with the theme engine. Also, as far as I know, there is not a guide out on how to make the themes, or even what all can be themed with the theme engine. Even if I did know how to do all that, after looking at the source for the themes available, there would still be several thousand lines I would have to type up for it. For now, the current method is easier (not to mention proven to work with all my mods) for me.
The images for sliders have come back (Y), but the battery is now stock looking. (#18 build)

doh, it's fixed now.
is it safe to use on #20?
Awesome, thanks for the quick replies and figuring everything out Now I'm trying to mod some app widgets to my liking, massive learning curve but its fun
EDIT: Bootloops on Nightly #20 :/
Will attatch a log cat if I can.
just flashed this, great theme.
can you possibly add a flashable add-on to bring back the slider (unlock/sound off or on)? it looks weird without it...
Edit: the & key on the keyboard shows up as "&". Looking forward to a fix.

I put a flashable keyboard in the OP later on that day because I forgot about those until after I had uploaded the 9 themes, but the fixed version is in the themes now. The "<" key was also messed up along with the letters that were displayed when you longpress the "(" key.
If metamorph works with CM7 without force closing or messing anything up when applying framework-res.apk, then I can make a morph to add them back.

-iphone sounds.
Credit to salutcestbooby;84414
Here is a compilation of iphone sounds. They are not made by me so all the credits go to the authors (Apple,...), i just put the files in a .zip archive
You can download this sounds at this link: http://www.mediafire.com/file/kwujhpbu37a9dlh/Iphone_sounds.zip
How to install:
First i think you need root explorer or adb to push this files because their is a root access to system files.
-iphone UI sounds: put the files (.ogg) in this folder \system\media\audio\ui
-iphone rings/alarm: put the files (.mp3) in this folder: \system\media\audio\ringtones ,and/or \system\media\audio\alarms
-the iphone default sms received ring: put the "apple_smsreceived.mp3" in this folder: \system\media\audio\notifications

You must update to the newest miui beta since there is a new theme foramt which this theme is built on.. you won't be able to apply it on any version before 1.7.8...
and if you could you would lost a lot of stuff like the lockscreen etc..
you are running really OLD OLD OLD build..

Hey amit,
The 3G theme has a problem with the pop out screen - I love the blue glassy look but the fonts are black and can't be read, can you fix it?
And another thing - I love the pop out screen, and i want it to display my text messages as well. It looks quit funny when all the pop outs are blue, and the text pop out in normal gray MIUI look. Can that be fixed too?
Toda, great theme, great work!
Hello all, this is a port of my NeonGT theme to MIUI. It's based on the original to be found here.
18.09 - UPDATE - NEONRT v1.0 RELEASED
This is the third and final colour I'll be doing. RGB should cover most peoples' wishes.
28.08 - UPDATE - NeonGT and NeonBT v1.0
This is close to a final release at it's going to get right now. I've updated quite a few things - notification pulldown is more transparent, redesigned the pulldowns and popups, tweaked the new battery some more to make the edges smoother, plus many other small revisions. Oh ya, and I've converted it to blue too. Enjoy.
This release uses the new battery icon. If there's enough demand I'll upload versions with the old battery...

INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS
Unzip the .mtz file from the zip and place it in your /sdcard/MIUI/theme folder, then apply using theme manager. MIUI Theme Manager can sometimes be quite fussy, so if anything doesn't look right try applying the theme again.
Regarding the lockscreen music controls, if they don't appear at first, simply double tap the area below the clock and date and they will show up. Not sure why, MIUI can be strange sometimes.
TO USE THE NEW CLOCKS
Updated 17.07: You have two choices here. 1: Install the themes as normal and the default analog clock will be themed to match the new MIUI clock style (minus the second hand). 2: Copy the attached zip file to your memory card, boot your phone into recovery mode and choose "Install zip from sdcard" > "Choose zip from sdcard". Select the file and the three clocks will be installed (to /system/media/gadget/clock). Reboot. Now when you go to add a new widget to your screen, choose the analog 2x2 clock and click the small button on the top right corner to choose a different layout. Note that you can only have one instance of the analog clock at a time, so remove your old one before adding a new colour.

Further cleanup/tweaking

I'm actually thinking of going for black text on green buttons... these black text issues are unfortunately very hard to predict and control since it's up to each app which font colours it uses. Thanks for the feedback!

Dude what a great job on this theme!
Thanks for the feedback guys. Version 0.4 is coming soon... one issue with using black buttons is sometimes certain apps try to use black text so it becomes difficult to read. I am trying to create a work-around for this, so please let me know if you run into this issue and the name of the app. I'll have to fix it on a per-app basis so your input will be most helpful. Thanks.

Latest Version is Release Candidate 3
This is a Windows Phone 7 Theme for Android (CyanogenMod) Theme Chooser, which is made by Alexis Diaz's and My own work and uses graphics from a Samsung Phone theme by Lucas Scott - don't forget to donate to him
If you liked it, please hit thanks
OVER 10,000 Downloads - Thanks guys
In Release Candidate 3
Added graphics for tabs
Added graphics to tabs in settings and contacts
Added device settings icon
Added popups
Changed to more Wp7-like buttons
Changed keyboard number overlays and popups
Changed contact banners slightly
Regained overscroll glow
Broken stuff:
Buttons with drop downs have black text on black background. Shouldn't matter if you know what they are, but a bug none the less.
I have no idea how to support all devices properly, so you will probably have to sacrifice the preview image in themechooser to get it working, or something
Screenshots: Some may be dated...
Ubermusic and Launcher7, both avaliable on the market, are shown here to help create a full Windows Phone 7 experience.
Instructions:
Right guys, I've been cleaning a load of stuff up..
Right here is the latest version: http://www.mediafire.com/?51i22zxjmznylr2 (updated 13/2/12 9AM GMT) - please don't mirror my files!
Now once you've installed it, could you tell me 3 things:
1) What does the preview say
2) What is your screen resolution (L/M/HPDI) just say your actual resolution if you don't know which one you are
3) Does it allow you to apply the theme?
This is helping me work out exactly what reads from where on what device and what I need to do to get things working.
Thanks
MDPI users may want to try over here: if the above version doesn't work: http://modmymobile.com/forums/565-motorola-backflip-themes/562874-wp7-theme-j_rodds-cm7-2.html
With the apk file now on your device, install it.
Go to the Theme Chooser application and select "Windows Phone 7"
Hit apply, and ignore the error message, hitting apply anyway.
Reboot your device!
- Enjoy
To Complete this theme with a modified Power Menu and Lockscreen you need to flash this Metamorph too (version 3): http://www.mediafire.com/download.php?nxddb5zat887qzf

Can't figure out how to install this; I used Zipthemer to create an update and undo zip file from your ZIP; then I rebooted to clockworkmod recovery and installed the ZIP but it said installation aborted...

Released in version 2b!
spinners: Smaller ones look ugly though
Media buttons (some - not all I believe)
Some other stuff
Profile Button in settings menu is fixed, and power menu
Version 0.2b is released!
I will try and get to work on things previously mentioned shortly, please do continue to give feedback on what you want to see and what is still missing so I can continue to improve this theme!
Downloaded the latest and made a zip file with zipthemer, but i got abort on CWM when i flashed it!!
i hope in future it will be a apk for the themechooser app =)
Sure you are using edify if you are on CWM 3x?
That would make things easier, yes - But Im 14 and incapable of such feats
Will there be a CM7 Theme Chooser APK released?
