Don't laugh, but does anyone have/remember this app? Reminder app to drink water through the day. Can't find it for the life of me.

My post was asking for help locating a specific app, and not soliciting your attempt at ridicule.
And yes, FYI, a timer app is very useful to get a specific amount of hydration in a given day. Especially if one has a very hectic/non stop schedule.

Instead, you could use a countdown timer with a repeat option so it continues to cycle throughout the day. Btw, if you're hydrating that often, you should also intake salteen packets to retain the h2o.

Good suggestions, thanks.
What I liked specifically about the Quench app- you could tell it exactly how much water for the day, your start and stop schedule times(morning/night), and approximate serving size, and it would space it out evenly throughout the day. Pretty handy.

If you urinate and check the color you can tell how hydrated your body is. The Darker the urine the less hydrated you are. The lighter and the a higher frequency of having to urinate shows that your body is properly hydrated.
If you haven't urinated in a long time you are dehydrated and/or have some kind of medical problem.

lol. Urine is sanitary. So drink all the pee you can!
As long as you drink it straight from the tap. After 5 minutes it will have bacteria growing.

Never said you where. I on the other hand got a little PO'ed there. I am doing my reading now and got winmerge all fired up looking at things between frost and retrokids edits to see what it is that they did exactly. Found a program that autosigns the files and we will see how this all works out.

Idk about you but personally when my thunderbolt is on at night it often hurts my eyes to look at it. or when I'm at the movies and I want to check the time and I turn on my screen, BAM bright light! Like an angle is trying to get out of my pocket.
Well I found this amazing app that can turn your brightness down even more than normal and no, it doesn't require root. Oh and its free.

I wasn't sure what your definition of "lower than normal" was. To me, it was whatever the default settings were, not the lowest it goes on the phone period, but no worries, lol.
I've been using this app for about a week and love it works great for in the car.

Your phones don't go dim enough? You deffinately wouldn't want a droidx. I think the dimmest setting is about like 99% on the thunderbolt.

It's a scam, and work by placebo. I tried it, and it makes you think it works. The trick where you have your hands in the back, and someone pushes down, at first you don't know how the person will push down, so your body loses balance, but the second time you know what force to expect and your body counteracts it.

Damn it now there is no way for me to cancel my order bought em for grandpa and grandma lol i though it was a scam aswell i am a very skeptical person when it comes to tv ads lol and will they ever get sued for selling something that does not work as they claim?
