my back camera light always on, am trying to turn it off,
but still can't find how ?
is it defect in camera ? the Samsung made it in such way which always on ?

Hi,
I find the fact that the buttons under the screen keep lit until you turn the screen off annoying. I often use the tab in the dark and even if you cover them up some of their light "contaminates" the bottom area of the screen, especially with dark images.
Is there any known way to get them working back as they did on Froyo? Maybe if someone could extract the old Froyo backlight driver I could try it on my tab...

I think its a great feature, especially for using in the dark as I often pressed wrong button accidentally. However I do think there should be some sort of setting to adjust when its on all the time and when its not etc.
Try an app called blinker I think from the market.

Well, thank you very much! I downloaded BlinkerTab from the market and was able to turn the buttons backlight off.

This morning when i turned on my Note the screen had a green tint! I can see and read everything but it 's all greenisch..

If youre on a jb rom, theres a bug which google are aware of with auto tint whereby it still automatically changes hue even when unselected. Should be fixed in next release.

For me, the screen goes reddish, bluish, greenish all the time which is annoying specially on bright colours.
I don't know what exactly is going on.

Hey!
With every rom I flash I have the same problem! When receiving notification or phone call my led lights don't blink and my display doesn't turn on!
Anyone else have same problem or know a fix?
Been looking all over the forum for answers but didn't find any!

Have you flashed a stock ROM like ARHD or even blackout ICS and see if the problem still is there?
If it is, maybe its a hardware issue

Tried flashing stock rom. That fixed my screen turning on when receiving call! But led lights won't turn on. Led lights do function when typing and screen is on.
Could there be an hardware problem with my lights?
Currently using pac man rom, so now screen don't turn on and light doesn't work!

Which lights are you talking about? The button lights home, back etc on ROMs like pacman (AOSP) are a bit temperamental. On stock ROMs though they should work 100%

I upgrade it to latest firmware.
I found camera is full with purple in night, and I want to ask if this cause the upgrade or the same with other firmwares.

thats little bit normal because of low light
u can change setting of Camera to solve it
i guess in this pic u r in normal mode but u can use auto or play with brightness to have better quality
if this problem remains just repair it with PCC or SUS
Guys play with Setting of Xperia Camera thay r awesome but hard to work with them

Im now using eXistenZ Ultra rom, and I back to stock camera. To see if the problem. Sloved but the same
I using Google stock camera and it is little less purple then semc camera
I'll. Try to play with settings and see then,

Hi all, the thing is that i' m looking for a camera app that would let me manually adjust the focus because auto focus, touch focus wont work, because sometimes i catch the image perfectly but auto focus keeps refocusing, its not hardware related since i get the perfect picture but the next moment autofocus re adjusts it. Please devs think of this.

Try Camera FV-5 ( from playstore),, lots of manual controls to choose from
