i tried to change the apks in rom and flash it back but there was no network neither the dialer and contacts worked so pls help
for doing this u will need to know how to modify a rom first
no need to modify the ROM!! you just need to uninstall PHONE.apk from CM7 via ROM MANAGER
and install PHONE.apk from STOCK ROM
but the is a DIALER from the market that is easy to use

i install cm 11 by adc and gapps from adc with cwm also by adc and i cant find appdrawer and the desktop is black no wallpaper and no icons only black i cand only to swype the notification bar and enter from there in settings What can i do with this ??
First: please rewrite your text. I can't read it. It's full of mistakes. If u want that any1 help u, u ve to write it that everyone can understand it. And why should any1 give u a formal explanation when u can't write ur help formally?
Second: Have u tried to reflash it? Did u do a Fullwipe before flashing it? I guess that the launcher is somehow damaged. Try a different Launcher or install a new one. Have u checked the md5 sum? I hope that I can help u anyway.

What gapps are you using? Open Gapps micro and up should have that prebuilt
