[Q] Market down?

Is it just me out its anyone else having issues with the android market? I keep getting a server error. I am currently on i897UCJH3 with UNLEASH THE BEAST with no market access. It was working fine earlier today. Maybe after an update is when it went out, not too sure tho. Can anyone else confirm if the market is working on their device?

It's not working for my Droid Incredible either.

Not working on my captivate or nexus one. I hope it gets fixed soon.

Samsung desktop home apk

Desktop home was suppose to be on the market according to sanding's website, but I can't find it. I'm using froyo 2.2. Does anyone have an apk fire this app? Thanks in advance.

That's because it's only for 2.1. Edit your build prop.back to the one from 2.1 and try again.

I got it of applanet, but it forces close on my captivate with froyo. Any fix out there?

I did say that it was only for 2.1 didn't I? There's no froyo support for it. You need to try an find an alternative that you like

Im not sure if u guys r talking about desk home from samsung...but if u do im running latest froyo leak and it came with it...and before that i had cog 9.1.3 and i got it from the market...no problems at all with it...

Here's the .apk from the optimized JJ4 ROM. It works on my current setup but it is deodexed and zipaligned so I'm not sure how it would do on a non-deodexed ROM.

So i updated to the new 2.3b and have Desk Home... but the weather "widget" will not display the temperature and cuts off the city (in my case Colorado Springs).
Anyone else having this issue?

If you want the weather on your Desk Home screen you will have to set up Daily Briefing. Thats why it's included in Cog2.3b2

similiarly anyone have a version of the car home app that works in froyo 2.2 or 2.2.1 thanks

edit. I tried ripping the apk but its blocked and showing up as private, it looks like it installs as a system app.

Has anyone gotten swype working on xoom? The beta says unsupported screen size..wonder if the nookcolor hack would work?
Id love to use the versioni have on my phone sincei know its great and not time limited beta... Any ideas how to accomplish this?
Swype is in beta so we already have access it from the co directly..

I have tried several versions. I haven't had any luck .

i miss the function keyboard with swype (copy, paste etc)

Your arm would get so tired from swyping in this huge screen! Haha.

You can always try slide it keyboard from the market
