If it doesn't work :
1.download this file and extract it to sd card
2.copy file bootanimation to /system/bin and replace
lol, you don't have to do steps 3 and 4.
it is enough to delete ROM's bootanimation and stock one will be activated.

The /system folder is at the root of your devices internal storage. I've never used a PC to do this, only root explorer that has been granted su privileges. Go to /system/data and press the mount r/w button at the top right. Then long press the boot ani file to get this popup:
Then select permissions and make them match these:
You must be rooted to do this.

Rename file to bootanimation.zip and do..
adb push bootanimation.zip /system/media/bootanimation.zip
or
just drop the file into the above folder using a root explorer app.
adb will overwrite your old bootanimation, with file explorer you can back it up first!
screenshot plzzzzz
Here's what the boot animation looks like. This thread is surreal...

You can flash the zip file.
Or, extract it and copy the bootanimation.zip to /system/media and overwrite the original file.
Can U make for 480x800 (HDPI device) ?
