[REQ] Authentic Tron Legacy Swype

I have dug around looking for a tron legacy swype but the ones that I have seen have not been to my taste. I have watched Tron Legacy and noticed the digital keyboard when Sam wipes the dust off his dad's computer and wondered if anyone could do a Swype version of that digital keyboard. I have attached this picture below for reference to give an idea what I'm talking about.

Would be very cool and unique.

It would be possible but is also a bit of work but the issue would be the settings button and such would look out of place
The double line border would also not be visible at the edges. Because the letters go all the way to the edge of the screen pretty much.
Also having the letters visible on the keys might make it not look as nice.
Im not trying to discourage you, but if you are just looking for an exact theme it might be hard to accomplish.
EDIT : nvm on the letters it was just hard to see on the captivate.

Ill take a stab at it no one else does in the next couple of days. Would go nice with a theme idea I've had for awhile.

I came to this thread hoping to see that someone had posted the keyboard to download, but I don't mind waiting till someone makes one if someone in fact intends to.
As far as the movie, I thought it was awesome. My only problem with it was that it looked like the CG animators had a hard time drafting over the older Jeff Bridges face with a younger one for the flashback and for CLU.
It may have helped the fact of my liking the movie since I'm an engineering major and I got the chance to nerd out, plus Olivia Wilde (plays Quorra) is just really attractive in my opinion.

Not seeing it in theaters/3D kind of defeats its only purpose.

Requesting LCARS Please...

If someone more talented then I would do an LCARS Live Wallpaper, Boot Animation, or full blown Theme, I would certainly put you on my xmas list! I know others have done it for other devices, but I need one for my new Tbolt. It has the power to be really nice.
Thank you in advance if anyone would like to tackle this challenge! I would gladly donate to make this happen!

Someone made a boot animation that looked like an LCARS terminal booting up with sounds and everything... It is very cool. I'm trying to adapt that to the Tbolt, but I'm not having any luck.
That boot animation along with a full blown theme would just be awesome!

I know that Sweeter Home had an Lcars theme that was pretty slick. Haven't used Sweeter Home in a long time so not sure if it is even still around.

I looked for Sweeter Home and everything I could find indicated it was gone...

Do you have a link to another device that uses the same version of sense that you are using? I can port stuff pretty fast, besides I need a new project anyway.

To any member of TEAM PHOENIX or any theme developers I was wondering if we could see a RESIDENT EVEIL theme now I don't know if copyright issues come into play or not but how sweet would it be to;
1. A S.T.A.R.S. drop down
2. Animated boot up of the 3D hive with the thermal
3.the red queen from the first movie talking everytime the device boots up
4. Umbrella corp. Icons
5. Loading bars that are the T-virus going threw the double helix/spinning umbrella logo for the circle loading
6. Nasty sick zombie wallpapers
7. And any other ideas that I didn't list
Just some thoughts like I said I don't know if its possible or not but how SICK of a theme would that be

Why don't you try an make the theme yourself, their are guides on how to make your own themes. And that way it will come out the way you want it. it wont hurt to try and plus you might be good at it, who knows?

There are some great guides out there on how to do it yourself. Give it a try. New themes are always welcome and if you are good at it your themes will be most welcome and appreciated. I find that the hardest part of a project like that is figuring out the direction I want to take. Sounds like you've already got that covered so theme away.
If you choose to give it a try, I know I'll be looking forward to your efforts.

But btw 5 is not possible the loading bars aren't images it's xml code, a solid color the top, the middle, and the bottom that blend together. so itCan't make it look like a virus

WOWWWWWW!!! That is simply beautiful. If you need help testing it on an MDPI screen, I would be more than happy to do it. This blows out any theme I've seen for UberMusic.

I don't know hor far you're going with apktool, recompiling and this hacky stuff, but if you're good with this, you might find powerAmp a better app to start with.
Basically it has all or almost all features you need, so it would be a matter of rewireing the actuall app to the new ui you want to implement with a skin.
More complicated than making an ubermusic skin, but also more rewarding.
Thing is, nobody really likes reading bytecode, I guess.
Try with the UM skin first. I'll gladly try it. +1 for testing volounteers.

I think it looks "iPhonish" because the tabs are on the bottom. If people want it I will make one with tabs-on-top.

I had a look at poweramp: it would be really hard to implement this interface. Playerpro has all the elements in it that are needed for this look (minus the letter separator but that's not a biggie). Anyway I finally figured out what was wrong with recompiling. I used apkmanager. That was the problem because it's bundled with a horribly out of date version of apktool, I updated it and now it works. Beta is coming soon so watch this thread

It will be out in 2-3 weeks at last. It depends on the feedback from the beta that will be announced later this week.

[THEME]Full Theme Red/Blue/BrownGold Completely revamped 08/18/2015

This will work on any rom except AOSP and CM12. I'm posting this now so you can get rid of that stock UI, I'm doing about 3 more apk's then a much more formal posting will be put up.
I also themed the HTC 9 camera that is available, the M9 has many more features, and takes much better pics than the Google camera. A seperate link will be posted below. I did not create the Zip,and i take no credit for it's creation, I just themed it. I don't want donations, but if you can HIT THE THANKS BUTTON I would really appreciate it.
If you allow app updates for any of the themed apk's it will untheme that apk, so uninstall updates for that particular app and the theme will return, i've done lot's of app updates, and hardly ever do I notice a difference in the app.
I completely revamped this on July 26. Colors are better blended, and took out some of the Gold, and removed some red. Hope you try it out, you will be impressed Also, make sure that your main Google app is updated or it will FC after flash

What does me not liking your theme have to do with my theme making ability (or lack thereof)? Next you'll tell me that I can't say "Nickelback sucks" because I can't play guitar.
You asked for thoughts... so I shared mine. If you're going to create things and ask for feedback, you shouldn't get your feelings hurt so easily.

I must agree with Ryjabo here. This is just constructive criticism coming from another graphical designer, but the color scheme is horrendous.
I do see the work you put in and everything you have themed and you have amazing potential to create amazing themes, just work on the color scheme to make it something elegant. This is an elegant device, the theming should represent and complement that designing style.
Look at other themes posted both on here and the Play Store to get some coloring ideas. Don't copy those themes, just use them as a base for your own creation.

Thanks for sharing though, you have potential as a themer and with enough practice (and less contrasts in your color schemes) you could end up making some nice looking work [emoji106]

Musicman may not be a professional designer, but as graphic artists.... We should lend suggestions or constructive criticism to help him as he makes his way into the material based GPE rather then just calling it ugly. As @DarK_DemoN stated he has potential he knows how to use VTS and work his way through the xml, its just getting the color scheme down.

Everything is so subjective when trying to determine what colors to use, what 5 people hate, 5 more people may really like so in a way picking out the proper colors is tough. If people took the time to flash it they may like it, a few screenshots can't paint the whole picture.
I don't mind at all constructive criticism, but to bark out "it's ugly" I must admit set me off a bit. LP was very hard to theme, and a great deal of time was put into that and I realize not everyone is going to like it.

I was just flipping through here to see if I could locate a theme for stock rom. Ha. Tks bud!! Gonna give it a go!
Update after flash: I'm on stock LMY47Z light rom here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=3059493 and dialer and settings fc won't allow me to access them..theme looks awesome though!!
Using the odex theme as rom I'm on is odexed..
