Gingerbread (Droid 2 Style) - Motorola Droid and Milestone General

Is there a possibility that a rom for the D1 will be anything like the Droid 2 Gingerbread leak? I like how everything is visually appealing and how facebook status's show up when you are calling people etc.
Here are some screenshots about what I am talking about:

I love the Interface of Gingerbread as it is on the droid 2

-BUMP-
Anyone?

Well I've never actually used the droid 2 since I'm in the uk. But errm if you mean have motoblur on the milestone/droid1 then no. Well...you might be able to but but then you will be running with 1mb ram free because when I had my defy on 2.1 with motoblur it only had 50mb free ram normally and that's rubbish. The defy has 512mb of ram hence motoblur and moto's 2.1 (should be leanest rom there is) takes up over 400mb of ram. That's without jit. think what 2.3 will be like with motoblur on the milestone 1
Hope this helped

oh, so the phone dial pad and everything is part of the moto blur package? That makes since then.

Verizon..
为什么verizon的机子必须机卡一体?不能用uim呢?

its basically an infrared laser keyboard, works via bluetooth and is great with my phone. has anyone else used this?
the reviews were pretty harsh
short batt live and general unusablity
were issues on that device
well its been working very well for me, but yeh, if that was integrated into phones later on; that would be great.
seen this on csi.. they busted some woman who leaked stock info to stock owners on her blog using it while @ work
Yeah - I saw that CSI episode. I love CSI but this was not one of the better episodes.
that keyboard has been on the market for a year or more.

Galaxy S Home App

This is the home app from Galaxy S, it works on our phones but there are some minor graphical bugs. Which could probably be fixed. Ive only tried it on 2.2, should work on a 2.1 rom, maybe 1.6...

Well it works on the G1 (CM5.0.8), but the graphics are certainly out of whack.. and I think some of the stock applications have different names in TouchWiz that cause it to only put Messaging in the dock. I'm gonna look into editing this after I boot back into Windows and try to make it better.

[Q] Nexus One showing total of 405mb of RAM

Hi guys,
I've installed CyanogenMod 7.0.0-RC2 yesterday on my new Nexus One.
When I go to "About phone" I see in "Mem info (avail/total)" > "XXX MB / 405 MB"
This is implying that my phone only has 405mb of ram when it should have 512mb.

Is this a problem with my phone or is it normal? Is there any way to reclaim the memory?
Thanks for answering,
PD: Sorry for my english.
The radio I know takes up RAM causing it to appear less in the phone specs. At least on the g2 is like that.

Great, thanks for answering.
The RAM is used by lots of other things such as the OS, the launcher, Google core system apps, the system process, etc. Those all reside in RAM.

Greyed out Wifi/3G (Cronos GB 1.2)

Hello,
I just flashed Cronos Ginger 1.2 last night and I am finding it MUCH zippier than CM7 and FroyoMod.
However, I have noticed that the Signal strength bars and Wifi icons are often greyed out. I still have service, but aesthetically, it doesn't look very pretty.
I thought it might be a problem with the "System" theme from ThemeChooser, so I decided to use HoneyBread, and the same thing happened. It seems like it's something to do with the system and not with the current theme.
It is not always greyed out, it is sometimes the standard Gingerbread green, but the majority it's grey and doesn't look very pretty.
EDIT: Here is what I am talking about, what I see the majority of the time on my phone.

The Gingerbread UI works with the greyed-out Wifi and Signal Strength? How is it then that in CM7 it was always green and set as the "System" theme?
Is there any way to force that to be green if nadlabak implemented that himself in CM7?
green means you are connecting google services (gmail gtalk etc)

It's basically focused on organizing instead of multiple homescreens.
That was quite unexpected of Samsung

There is also a lite free one... just check before you shout
I'm not too impressed with "Pure Breeze". One widget screen is not enough. And the main screens will piss Apple off even more than they already are.
Works fine on my DHD. Tried the lite version. Not my style.
Sent from my DHD on a weekend, AKA I'm probably drunk.
i dont like it.
i dont find it easy of use.
i dont know, ill stick with go launcher.
