Hello everybody,
I am trying to find I9000OXFJM3 CSC on the net to flash my phone to original firmware, but there is none.
My phone firmware was PDA/CSC: I9000XFJM6/I9000OXFJM3 PHONE: I9000XFJM1.
I have pda and phone, and need I9000OXFJM3 CSC.
I have already flashed my phone several times using latest stock firmwares and I want to have original one, just in case.
Is there any way to find it?

I think this is what you may want.
Edit: Or just search spooffw on market. It needs root too, so just download and use superoneclick then get busy box of market.
Actually if you know your original versions of everything, including product code, you can use the tool in this thread to pull down the latest official firmware for your phone, and you can flash it with odin. It is developed by the same guy who did spoofsw.

Thanks for this, but there is no firmware info for given data (Product Code: TSR, PDA I9000XFJM6, CSC I9000OXFJM3, Phone: I9000XFJM1)
Also, there is no firmwares for other relevant Product Codes with the same PDA/CSC/Phone.
Anyway, cool app (hope there will be updates on this)!

It could be the thing, but I have already tried to spoof FW with Kies patcher, and manualy editing the registry values. Kies 2 offers me un update, but when I try to update, it says "This device version cannot be upgraded", or something...
I don't know if this spoof method will do the job?
I'll try to find out.

Sorry, my mistake!
I searched for: Product Code: TSR, PDA I9000XFJM6, CSC I9000OXFJM3, Phone: I9000XFJM1
but there was wrong Phone definition. I should be I9000XXJM1.
Now I can download!
Thanks again!

What JJE wrote you. Just to add. If you are on a ROM with NEE, XEE (the latest GB) AND you have KOR and you cant change with that link. Full reflash needed I guess.
Try the link JJE wrote you. If it works and it should. Good for you
If no, full ROM reflash via odin with everything is needed. (you can backup your data before and restore, so it wont take long).

Sorry to be a noob, I usually only flash the pdas.
How do I reset the CSC when flashing with odin ? Just downloaded JS7 from Samfirmware which comes with XEE CSC, can I just replace that with a XEU CSC file? if so where do I get them?
The file in the link provided comes in a zip file and a completely different size, can I rename that to tar or tar.MD5 and just flash it?
Bump, sorry need a quick answer to this...
Also, the file said XEE but is actually NEE now, odd.
EDIT: Nevermind, it's really simple to change, overly complicated guides didn't really help.

Hello everybody,
Since i cant get no updates (2.3.6) soon from my provider (Vodafone Germany), is possible to use one of the official roms or stock roms, and update my Note manually ?
If so, which Rom... ?
can i update to Open Europe ?
I'm on
2.3.5
Version n7000xxkj4
csc n7000vd2kj1
Thanks
of course you can.
check this thread
or do the following:
download XLA4 latest firmware europe and extract to a folder
download odin 1.85
Password : samfirmware.com
download and install kies for samsung
turn off your note, then press and hold volume down key+menu+power
a menu appears, choose continue (volume up i think)
open odin, plug in your note via usb to computer. you should see a yellow line COM:# connected
If your downloaded ROM contains single file
go to odin, browse the folder you extracted the files to and
Choose PDA button in Odin and press start
if more items then
CODE in PDA, MODEM in PHONE, Multi CSC in CSC and press start
good luck
Thank u... i will try it!

and double check "Re-partition" , it should be un-ticked. and do not select any pit files while flashing.
Just one more question... if i want my phone rooted, should i first root it? I mean before i apply the upgrade.
Thanks

Yes. you have to root it first. because latest firmwares are not directly rootable. just go through this link you can find which firmwares are rootable directly.

Hum!!!
Question.... how do i know if im still rooted?
And Kies is telling me that :
If you updated through odin or kies then you lost root. If you upgraded through mobile odin pro then you should still be rooted.

Kies is telling you that because there is a CSC code mismatch between the ROM you are running and what is on your device. You can change the CSC code by typing the following in the dialer: *#272*IMEI# where IMEI is your phone's IMEI number. I suggest choosing DBT since that is the unlocked Germany CSC and seems to get the most frequent updates. I changed my XEN (Netherlands) Note to a DBT one last week and it worked fine.
Changing the CSC will factory reset your Note, so back up your data first.
If get typing error 'null null'
mobile odin-click cache-point to 'CSC' file of downloaded rom
reflash

I flashed the ROM, SGN_XX_OXA_KJ1_FACTRYFS for non direct rootable ROM according to Dr.Ketan's instruction.
But I found typing error,"null null" after that.
So, I saw the solution as the above instruction.Actually I do not understand csc file of the downloaded ROM.
I do not know how to find the only csc file exactly.
And also is if possible to flash upgraded ROM like ICS directly to solve this problem?
My firmware version was as the below.
PDA LA2 PHONE KL2 CSC KL3(THL)

Without downloading it myself to see what files are in it, I can only give these bits of advice, just keep extracting the files until you see one that says csc in the name and flash it separately.

Hello.
I got a problem with my phone and for my looky my company exchange my mobile phone.
The new phone comes with Android 2.3.5 and there is no official update avaible for my company. Here are details of software:
PDA: N7000UBKJ9
PHONE: N7000UBKJ9
CSC: N7000UVCKJ3
There is anyway to change something like "product code" on my mobile phone and receive some stock updates from Android through Kies skipping authorization from my company?
B.R.
No. Android roms are custom fitted to your device and hardware. A rom for the SIII will not work on the one x for example.
Try searching for your device model to see if there are official updates or custom roms available.

Ok, I've read your post again. Sorry about earlier, I thought you didn't give your phone details.
You are running galaxy note GT-N7000 ?
Here is a list of stock roms + instructions if you want to manually update:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1424997
Also, refrain from factory resetting on stock ICS kernels (once you update).
You may read through this article to determine which kernels are safe:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1857556
But before you do so, can you elaborate more about your company locking down your phone from auto-updates? I'm afraid that manually updating may break what ever device administrative lock on your device.

Then you might have to reflash a different firmware. Either go here and look for a firmware that's closest for your country, download and flash using PC odin or go to sammobile and search for your device's country firmware and install with kies (or pc odin).
Before doing anything, backup whatever you need

My question is...
If I flash it with this version for example: N7000XXLRG---4.0.4/12.07.04-N7000DBTLRG---Download--- Open Germany, them, I will be able to receive automatic updates trhoug Kies?
B.R.
yes, but after installtion of the rom , you need to check if the CSC has changed to DBT not.
change of CSC triggers a wipe so make sure you are on a safe kernel

Sorry. I cant understand exactly what you mean.
So, I should flash with version mentioned before, them flash safe kernel, the change CSC to DBT? Or should be NOT on DBT?
first flash the rom you were planning to do... once successful, boot up and connect to kies and check what it says. if all ok, then well and good, else if kies ays it cannot update, then you have to follow the above mentioned steps
I was rooted on AOE, but decided to Odin back to stock to update to AO2. The update downloads, but fails to install at 25%.
The phone works fine, and data works, but would like to update. I used an app called Phone Info *Samsung* to find that in the CSC part, Firmware's CSC Code, CSC Country and CSC Country ISO is empty. The other fields do have something in them.
Can I just Odin the CSC_ATT tar.md5 file via the CSC box? or are there settings or anything that I might need to change before I can do that?
Thank you in advance!
Download the stock firmware for your device and flash all 4 files that you will find inside that file all at once.
BTW if your S6 is from AT&T the versions are NOT AOE nor AO2. They are OCE and OE2.

Yes, those are my versions, sorry about the confusion!
Can I flash all 4 without the risk of tripping Knox? I'm concerned about flashing the bootloader in particular.
Thanks again for your help.
Flash all 4 files at once, not individually. Bootloader is locked so no flashing for it.
