I've been searching around and have only found one guide on creating a custom icon metamorph theme, it doesn't seem too bad. Thy only problem is it only said you can only morph app icons in system/app so since those are only rom apps, is there a way to change the icons on downloaded apps? I'm not sure where they are located but can you just move the apk and odex files for the downloaded apps to system/app and be able to morph them?
I'm using the MIUI rom but hate the way it puts the purple rounded box around icons, I'd like to be able to change the icon to a larger size that fills up the entire box.
Thanks in advance for any help or guidance

Thanks for linking us to the pack - now we can all use it
P.S., There should be a new rule in xda. If you post an awesome homescreen or say you found an enormous theme pack, you must link to the wallpaper, theme and all widgets - otherwise you are just teasing us.
Hi. I'm running cm7 and really don't like all the application icons that are green(particularly the dialer and browser icons). Are there any icon sets where the icons are blue? I think cm6 had blue icons but Idk because I was on FR008 for 2.2. Thanks in advance.

If you search adw on the market you can get tons of themes that you can apply by going to settings- adw settings and apply theme or you can individually apply the icons to any by long pressing the icon and hitting edit then clicking the icons picture

I'm running Launcher Pro though. And I can't theme it. And I tried to extract icons from the theme using Astro File Manager but couldn't find the files.

If you go the general android forum under android themes there is a home screen topic where people share their icon packs sometimes

Launcher pros web site has threads dedicated to icons and docks for free. You can find icons all over the web. Theres also an app called Launcher pro icons. You can make any icon in the pack any color and there are a lot of custom icons in there. Its worth the couple bucks to buy it and always have customizable icons.

I have looked around and tried the available transparent apps for other Android devices and so far the only one I have found that works on the G Tablet is the Pandora app. I really would like to find some more. If anyone has the apk's please post. Thank you in advance!!

here is a version of the news/weather aka genie widget that is transparent..
you have to manually copy to the system/app with root explorer. and reboot.
Thanks Igkagn! I appreciate it! I have a transparent version of the XDA app on my X that I love but it wont work on the g tablet. I would love to find one that worked. Thanks again.
Come on guys, quit holding out! Thanks!

i'm new here, pardon the question, but what is a transparent app?
It's an app that is transparent. You can see your wallpaper instead of a solid background. I have an XDA app on my Droid X that is transparent except for the writing and a market that is transparent as well but they wont run on my g tablet so I was hoping more people might have the apps that would work on the g tablet. As you can see, not so much. Hmmmm

I don't know where it is, but maybe you could decompile something like the Search GoWidget (https://market.android.com/details?id=com.gau.go.launcherex.gowidget.searchwidget), it might help you in the right direction!

Ah thank you.
Does anyone know where the navigation bar icons are located in system-res.apk? I have scoured the folders but no navbar to be found. It's probably a very new topic, theming the Fire HD, but i would like to be one of the first few who do.
There is an app in system/app folder labeled softkeys.apk. Whether that can be altered to change nav-bar icons I don't know.
