[Q][THEMING]How to change text color of title of a Dialog??

Hello people!! I want some help on theming my frameork-res.apk. I've done almost all things to look it like that of ICS, but now, the only thing I am stuck at is the Text Color of the Title of a dialog. I want to change it to blue like that of ICS.
I am talking about this:-

The above is the Dialog of the ICS Rom. Here, the text color of the Title of dialog is Blue. My framework-res.apk is from FroYo, so the Title text color of dialog is white there. This is thing I want to change.
I know that it's in values/styles.xml, but which style inside it?? I see "Theme.Dialog" inside it, there are the following lines:-
Which thing under this I need to modify?? Is that @style/TextAppearance" or "@color/primary_text_dark/light", etc.???
Pleeease Help Me!!! I am struggling since a week for this!! ANY HELP IS APPRECIATED!!!!

it is about incoming sms.
we are using latin alphabet you know. like english but with more some letters.
we have ö ç ş ğ ı ü

when someone send me a sms with the same rom, it is normal.
but a message comes from different rom or different device, they cant seem normal. like this:
i told my friend to write me a message, which include "ağaç, öküz, ışık" :
ağaç means : tree
öküz means : cow
ışık means : light

i think it is an encoding problem, isnt it? how can i fix it? i means all turkish people using android device.
it is all about turkish users and all about devices with android.
look i searched this on google and a lot of issiues..

its not.... posts above yours have established that.....
they prob edited the build.prop or sth to change it to "Android 4.0.4" if im not mistaken one of our users did that trick before also.....

I Think He is Talking about Gingerbread , For Theming Them They Should be in whether in SystemUi.apk or GMail App & Phone.apk

zzzzz_tw_cursor_handle_menu_btn_color ?

Mmmmm.. This has been a problem of the ICS theme, even broodplank couldn't fix it, so it may be hard...

I was looking for samsung keyboard for cyanogenmod and managed to port it from stock 2.3.6
Also Most of people know that arabic fonts that integrated in CM7 (tested) Isnot proper ones so i Managed to fix that U Can see Screens here:
