FAQ:
Q: How come there are no addons or themes available in Synergy Updater?
A: You first must configure an Addon/Theme server. Do this by going to: menu | configuration | Addon/Theme Update Settings | Manage Addon/Theme Servers | Menu | Update Featured Addon/Theme Servers" Then check for Addons and themes and there should be a list presented.
Q: Why is my battery draining like crazy?
A: You need to allow your battery to calibrate. This usually involves charging your battery a couple times. Give it a couple cycles and it should be better. Maybe try wiping battery stats after a full bump charge.
Q: When I apply an update through Synergy Updater, recovery doesn't apply the update and I get a screen with an exclamation mark
A: Clockwork Recovery isnt compatible with the updater app. You wll need to install the updates manually through recovery. Files will be located in /sdcard/download
Q: I am looking for a particular file that I am sure has been posted before in this thread. How can I easily find it in this huge thread?
A: In your web browser click on the paper clip next to this thread on the index page of "Incredible Andorid Developement". A list of all of the threads attachments will be presented.
Q: I am getting a "Package file was not signed correctly" when I flash the update files?
A: Toggle signature verifications within recovery before flashing, Disabling signature verification.

I second this. This project is massive. Really looking forward to this.
And for the record, IMO this is how it should be. A lot of devs making a stable base ROM and having people theme and mod off from it.

because its still private for myn. He has plenty of private testers. I dont. I have to make it public if i want testers. There user base is 5 times that of the inc.

Couple quick questions, can I flash the gb keyboard apk? And how is the signal working? By that I mean I tried another sense 2.1/3.0 rom and it would keep dropping g out of 3g and 1x, I'd.have full service and should have data but it would drop and I would have to reboot phone.

dont forget, theres alot of experimantal stuff being played with. So if the rom is all screwed up one night doesnt mean it will stay like that. We are still messing with apps2sd, dividing system and data, all kinds of ****...
Can't wait to see where this project goes! Heres to hoping that you guys can figure out how to get the real 3.0 lockscreen to work...don't want to run those grey squares forever.

Note: My other Themes Honey HD, Revolution and Elegant Blues still work for final Gingerbread without any issues, but for the "old" themes (not for Code Red) you need to flash the add-on with matching jars from post 309 in my Honey HD Thread. 1. What you need before the flash
DEODEXED ROM, Root, S-Off, DHD Sense ROM, Clockwork Mod and ROM Manager
Install:
* IMPORTANT - backup your system with Rom Manager
* Uninstall Facebook Update
* LauncherPro Users - uninstall before you flash the theme (Plus User delete the launcher.apk from zip and theme LPro Plus via metamorph)
* Copy HoneyHD.zip to SD Card
* Open Rom Manager and install from SD Card
* Choose HoneyHD.zip, then your DHD boots in Recovery and installs the theme, copies the Icon Pack and Wallpaper to your SD Card
* Choose your favorite Wallpaper from sdcard/wallpaper (4 Options), if you like customize your shortcuts with the icon pack
Icons can be best applied with Desktop Visualizer (if you use Rosie) or directly with LauncherPro.
* Make sure you choose HTC default skin, otherwise theme will not show up as designed
* Note: If there is a part you don`t want to install, just open the update.zip with winrar or 7zip BEFORE you flash, delete the apk and close the zip.
The Theme is based on Gingerbread Final Ace ROM and should work on most GB Based ROM`s, but never flash without a Nandroid.
Known issues:
Just in case you have Weather FC`s after applying the theme, just do the following:
Uncheck sound effects in weather app settings
In case the FC comes already after opening the weather app (which is rare) and you can`t access settings in weather app, just do the following:
Go to applications, select manage, select all
Look for weather provider and delete data
IMPORTANT: kill your network connection (airplane mode)
Open weather, this will now not be able to update as connection is off
Apply settings, disable sound
Restore network connection

Judging by the screenshots this is gonna be an awesome theme.
I would propose one change though: The title bars ("Alben", "Interpreten"), etc.) somehow don't fit in the theme because of their round borders and the grey background.
Especially the grey background doesn't match the black list view bellow.
Just my two cents

Worked on it, but it makes no Sense at this stage, since the main reasons would be MMS and weather. I ported everything and MMS runs fine, but weather FC`s - but with or without Theme. If capy fixes that bug, I will do it. Edit - solved, see coment below

Also, would you know anything about HTCClockWidgets? Any idea if the froyo ones are compatible with GB? The one Im using seems to work but to get it to show it needs a clear data for Sense and it FCs weather when started from the clock.

I would not try to use a froyo system/app on a GB system. In any case I successfully ported Sense 3.0 MMS and Sense 3.0 weather from capy`s ROM as an add-on, which will then run on all other GB ROM`s. I will do final checks, but all is runing fine now. Theme port for RCMIX also works after the weather fix, but I don`t have time to finish it tonight. Good news is, that I can port Sense 3.0 MMS and weather also to my other Themes, once I upgraded these.

Very nice! Will try this till Honey HD is updated, then compare the two and try to make a decision... although I haven't tried Revo recently, I think that would look good with all the white-on-black stuff as well. Great to have so many choices.
I'm curious about people wanting this in blue, green, etc. though - I would have thought that Honey HD and REVOlution HD were close enough to this to satisfy? Although I haven't compared the themes in detail so may be wrong.

The idea of my theme is that it looks the way it does, I will not change it

I installed this on V0.1 and have many issues , camara FC , widgets like calendar, clock , friend stream etc out of place and way smaller than normal, any idea why or my question is , can you installed this on V0.1 or is only for V0.2 and up , just dont want to update yet , hear to many bugs and issues with V0.2 and my version works perfect ...

I did it with the Super Amoled display in mind, love how the blacks look on it!

theme looks great ! Wouldn't it be easier to make your theme for themechooser ? That way it will also be compatible with newer versions of Cm7.1 or even older ones .. I have no theming skills at all so maybe making themes for themechooser is something completely different . In that case you can ignore my suggestion
yeah,that's my goal but i have to start it from scratch and it will take some time for sure.
i use this one as a "global preview", then i'll try to convert it to a theme chooser one for more compatibility.

Really nice theme! Love the simplicity. The only thing I noticed is that my 4g options in wireless & networks disappeared. Other than that everything works great.

1. Download the theme and check that the MD5 Sum matches.
2. Transfer the theme to your internal memory on your device.
3. Reboot to recovery (I tested with TWRP)
4. Locate the theme on your internal memory and choose to install. (I didn't use any wipes, but you can wipe cached and dalvik cache if you would like.)
5. Once it's done flashing, reboot and enjoy the wickedness!!!!!!

Directions for installing TWRP Theme's:
1. Navigate to your TWRP folder on your internal sdcard.
2. Create a folder and name it "theme" (without quotes) inside the TWRP folder.
Example: /sdcard/TWRP/theme
3. Download the Wicked TWRP theme zip and rename it ui.zip ( You don't have to add .zip because it's already in zip format)
4. Place the ui.zip inside the theme folder you created.
Example: /sdcard/TWRP/theme/ui.zip
5. Reboot into recovery and the theme should show up.
If you decide you don't like the theme, you can just delete the ui.zip inside the theme folder and you will go back to regular TWRP look.

It would probably break a lot of things on Viper Rom, so I wouldn't suggest it. They have so many amazing mods built in. If i get more time in the future, I may try to make a version for it.
