Why ALWAYS install a wallpaper you have to resize?
Resizing is almost always wrong!
Is there a trick?
Download Wizardrii. I have yet gotten it to work but people say it works.
Try wallpaper slideshow, create a folder then put your walls in there, works really good.

Or better Download MultiPicture Live Wallpaper in the market. Works perfect in every screen independient or togheter wich one image every screen, or multiple images.
Fit the image to scale all in ones screen.
No more, Resize or crop.
See ya!

Not an answer to your question, but you can use the Multipicture Live Wallpaper app and point it to any folder on your tablet. I like it because it makes the wallpaper cover the notification bar.
You can also set different wallpapers for different screens.

Here u go....
Thanks! I didn't know that someone had replied!
BTW, do you have the file in original size? The wallpaper looks a little soft to me as it's only 785x625 pixels.
1280*800 . but same file re-sized.
Thanks! Does this mean the original file never came in 1280x800? It looks like it's the wrong resolution on my screen.
I uploaded it here at full resolution

does anybody know where can i find this wallpaper (suitable for HD2 screen resolution):
I would be very grateful for info or source.
Im using nexushd2 rom 3.2a and i can find it
or if can anyone upload it here...
Maybe you can take the wallpaper from Launcher2, and extract the wallpaper. Idk about the HD2 size though. I use it on mine and it looks pretty good. Maybe try downloading Gingerbread Launcher from the market, set the wallpaper, then uninstall?

I have a weird problem(?) I have a wallpaper that has exactly the same size as the galaxy s screen (720*480). When I tried to set it as a non-scrollable wallpaper, the gallery app or even quickpic wants me to crop it and makes it blur. Any help?
Note: I knows that multipic live wallpaper can set images as wallpaper but is there any other options.

I thought our resolution was 800 x 480??
Anyway are you pulling the frames so it covers the whole picture. You want to pull the frame so its right on the boundary of the picture and doesn't cut anything out. Also you may need to factor in that it usually requires to fit in the horizontal layout as well
Thx for the reply!! (Not sure about the screen resolution ) yes the crop thingy is stretched all the way. I think the problem is due to the phone trying to crop it horizontally.

I have a 600x1024 image i can't set as a full sized wallpaper, it makes me crop it into a square. the screen is 720x1280, so whats the deal?
