Taylor Lautner body?! Is it possible?

Hey guys!
I have 2 months free of school. I really have an average body and wanna workout to build muscle and get a six pack. Bah I'm not chubby I have a flat stomach with nothing on it. Do any of you guys have any suggestions?

Grow some chest hair and a beer belly. Females love playing with beer bellies.

Great advice. Or if you want them to think you're ugly you can work out and get some detail to your body.

Start hitting the gym?

Start eating healthier , go to to the gym 3-5 times a week and trust me your body will change :3 or just d ok what I did "insanity" I did it twice now I just go to the gym 4 times a week just to keep m uh body the way it is (i hate big muscles but I love deffinition :>)

if you want good results you'll have to be willing to put in some proper effort. We're talking three visits to the gym each week, for at least two hours each visit.
Six months in you'll see decent results if you've been pushing yourself. Of course, this has to be a lifelong commitment to being a gym-rat. Once you stop going it'll be back to square one in no time.

Gym and diet. I eat 5 times a day and gym 3 times a week. I've put on 10kg of muscle
You couldy also try the evil Russian push up program. Check it out. It put 2 inches on my chest after 2 weeks

I am so proud that i'm not the only one that doesn't care about being buff and stuff like that. And I agree, the only six pack a man should care about is a 6 pack of beer....but 24 packs are always better.

Breaking Bad

Anybody on this forum a fan of this series? AMC is now showing reruns leading up to the season premier to be aired on July 17th. I've seen a couple of episodes that I previously missed, and am really impressed. Great show.

Breaking Bad is awesome! I've been waiting in anticipation for Season 4, for what feels like forever.

Warn Thread

Give people warnings as in something not to do because of personal experience. Like an example would be "Don't touch hot things" and people will know not to do it because 1 other person has done it and it wasn't pleasant. Well in short words. Learn from other's errors.

uses for old phones

I have 2 backflip phones I would like to give my children , 3 and 4 to play around with. Is there a way to completely disable the phone part because I know 911 service is suppose to work. I also need to find games that do not require a network connection to play. they are at the age where talking tom entertains them pretty good. these phones do have wireless capability but I do not want to rely on that.

Which phones do you have?

Hmmm... tricky one.
I think you can install GoLauncher & remove the dock bar from home screen, this will avoid them going in to the phone function accidentaly, just create the shortcuts of all games required by them on home screen & that shud do it.

I just fired up my good ol' Nokia E61. It still works! It's got ScummVM, "FreeFlight" (flight simulator), PicoDrive (Sega Mega Drive Emulator), Doom and "Mophun" emulator with Carmageddon, The Da Vinci Code 3D, Fatal Arena, Lock'n Load: Rise Of War and many more AND a 1GB mini SD with tons of music i listened to around 2006 Hilarious!
Oh, btw.. i had to google a bit to find out how to connect to my WiFi.
