Can you do a white and clear theme? Maybe light greyscale. I love the look of the blue theme but I'm not a big blue guy lol. Another idea would be a green theme but they are hard to achieve without looking cartoonish. If your real bored you could always try and redo the 5 quick function buttons on the notification drop down. You asked for suggestins lol

Yes, it'll work on the version of viper running dk17 (latest, as of today). Look for title of whichever rom's thread, where it will indicate.

Some Roms do a lot of work and mods of their own, making it hard to make them universal. My BattMod won't work with Viper yet and this has it built in. But, I will have one out for viper shortly... with or without the battmod. : )

The reason your battery mod don't work with viper is cause that rom is already themed. By adding the battery mod your replacing his framework.

I am really enjoying your work your putting into theming these leaks. I would really love to know how you theme...what program do you use to edit the images? I've been using Paint.NET but it doesn't work to good. (;

I use Photoshop for editing the images. But if you don't know Photoshop, it will frustrate you. It still does me after 10+ years lol. I read a lot about Gimp being good, I haven't checked it out tho. http://www.gimp.org/downloads/
I'll make a useful list of links to guides for the diy'ers.

Do you know which png is behind the word "ongoing" in your status bar preview? is that in the twframework or just framework-res?

Totally I would love to see a clear theme all across the os. That would be awesome. Hey if you ever want custom icons let me know or send me a image you want changed. I don't know adroid framework, but I'm real good with photoshop and illustrator.

while we may get gb from kaos at some point...it will be akin to froyo aosp...still a lot of work to do and aways off from a daily use rom (although froyo aosp is getting closer)
so really dl30 or whatever tw froyo will still probably have the vast majority of users on it for awhile

[REQ][THEME] GR-12 Look (Would be THE best theme out there)

Would any themer out there be able to port the way this ROM looks into a theme for Community ROM 1.3 (mostly the status bar and pulldown)? It would be nice if other components such as the touchwiz 4 launcher and gs2 live wallpapers were put in the theme since they are found in the ROM also.

The only 3 screenshots available dnt seem themed at all 2 me (besides the notification bar n pulldown area n we have themes w similar pulldown n same notification bar).... Not tryin 2 be mean or anything but I dnt c anything special that a theme already developed doesnt have

The thing I like the most is the grey status bar with the green battery icon and white signal icons. I am not aware of any theme that resembles it optimized for the community rom...

If that is all you are looking for, the the UOT Kitchen will do it for you. Trust me I did it yesterday.

I tested it extensively yesterday with the fascinate, and only a few things wouldnt change, the status bar changed every time.

This does look really good. I love the icons.

I agree with the OP. Was looking at captivate roms earlier and wish we had this on the Fascinate.

We just need to find a themer willing to do this!

Just in time for Halloween!!!
Thanx goes to Shane6374 for lettin me use his xml for the epic unlock in his EC05 honeycomb fusion explosion theme
Since there is no way for me to make a universal addon for this bc its all in the framework...
I will hafta custom build it onto your rom/theme which only takes 30sec or less. Only 5 files to transfer.
So this thread will now become a order page... lol
What I will need:
Your rom/theme name & it has to be EC05 with 6locks mod
If you want diff colors it takes 5min longer
What you will need to do:
After i send it to you
Goto lockscreen settings & choose the epic unlock
That is all

its an app called LWP Creator & i used a gif & broke it apart & followed the directions for LWP Creator

Favorite theme chooer themes !!

Alright everybody, lets please keep this clean. What are your favorite themes for AOKP/CM9???

BOSS Theme is probably my favorite overall. Started as Cool Blue I think?
Next favorite was MotoInspired, followed by Black Infinitum (never used Black Exodus but I believe they are basically the same).
These are the only three I have installed.

I am currently using touchwiz 5.0, and my second favorite is the jellybean theme, then also the motoinspired. Have you checked out the holo series?

I used MotoInspired until I switched to the RemICS port. The Touchwiz UI is sweet. I haven't even heard of the holo series. Or maybe I have.
Lucid is nice but it's lacking for me. Or rather, I would use it as a base to make an even more awesome minimal/trans theme if I had the tools. MattedBlues was my go to on CM7 but I feel like BOSS theme is everything I wanted in MattedBlues and still feels like ICS.
I really miss Fergie's theme though. The LunarUI inspired one he had ported to almost every ROM a while back. And the new LunarUI that Red has done is amazing. Can't wait for him to get it on CM9/AOKP.
Taine0 had some great theme WIP images on his deviantart. If only he had the time to finish them. (I think it was Taine0 anyway)

Now that's what's up. I like the blue Holo theme, it seems perfect for the super AMOLED display for the nexus s lol
