[MetaMorph] A Small Touch Of Legend 8/31/10

I really liked how Legend added a bit of color to the tabs in Music, Clock, and others. Then I found that Fresh added even more color so credit goes to Flipz and also HTC for the original idea. Your Lockscreen Arch, your launcher, and yours tabs will change, also I have only tested this on PlainJane2.0 so morph at your own risk

- Legend style Pull down Menu
- Added Glossy Buttons to Music Player Widget
- Added Small Glossy button Look to some of the previews when Adding a New Widget
- Attempted Fix to Fade in effect of New Buttons over the Old buttons in People, Photos, and Clock

Anyways, great job! Always the first thing I apply with a new rom.. I hope you end up adding to it but no rush.. I'd hate to see you get run off by unappreciative people.

Just the Backward Pause/Play Forward buttons for the music player widget, unless you can think of anything else? lol and no I'm not the type of guy to run off and such, honestly I'm just like everyone else here, a user. I really don't know much except swapping out or theme'ing a couple of pngs here and there with photoshop but what I do know I try and help out

The only ones I can think of are ones for the HTC News app.. other than that, it looks like you've covered everything else

worked well with plain jane t2

worked awesome on xtrSENSE4.0.6.1; i'm really liking the extra glossy look plus the additional color!
p.s. in xtrSENSE, the little green fob that shows which home page you're on STAYS green, but the launcher itself gets glossy. Looks sick!

Knew there was one missing, I'll get on it, doing Gtalk and Whatsapp too.

My psds won't teach you much I'm afraid.
Theres not much to making a glassy / glossy effect, you just draw over the item you want it done to with a circular shape (easiest to work with). Apply brightness, white to transparent gradient. Just think about where the light is, keep having a go on photoshop

Yeah I got the one rar with the psds just noticed now actually as I am sitting down to work on them. I think thats great you would do that. Changing those colors is as easy as just messing with the hue/saturation. I already have a few of them done. If anyone else wants custom colors I would be willing to do help out.

So here is one I found missing. An icon for email. I used the files PSD and found an envelope online hope you all enjoy it. This is using the Thick Glass PSD.

~ I look everywhere for ideas, but make 95% of my own graphics
~ I use Inkscape, which uses svg, so there is no psd for the template
~ There is really no template, I use a rounded-corner square and a little dropshadow

I hope to have a week or so of some previews, then release a beta set to a few peeps; I want to have them tested on a variety of phones and resolutions. I will definitely keep you in mind when i release a beta, since you were the first to respond .
I will take requests down the road. Soon I will post a list of what I have created so far.

I have three market icons right now, and none of them resemble the stock icon. I am typically going for things different from the norm, but I will see what I can come up with. Thanks for the feedback.

I use Launcher 7 also. These were originally designed as 'tiles', hence the name 'panels'. If they do well, I will probably rework them (by sharpening the corners and deleting the dropshadow) into different size tiles, 2x1 and 1x2s.

Gunner, this is really nice. I haven't run a theme in over a month because I just haven't seen the "right one" for a while. The only feedback I'd give is accurate battery brings out my not so inner OCD and drives me crazy with battery life anxiety. I'm giving this a shot, but if I go crazy, I'm blaming you!

lol, i could make a special version with a "completely inaccurate battery". that way you will never know how much battery you have

I didn't say it made sense... Anyway, it looks great, man.

Looks very good, I'm still rocking your Black Alien theme right now and this theme looks almost dead on it-minus the colors and wallpaper. I'll have to try this out on the new rom that was released by adryn or nitrog. If I get a chance I'll let everyone know if it works on the new stuff.

lol. thanks. it gets easier once you get the how figured out. the hardest part is making icons. i suck with photoshop.

I really like the color scheme Mike. However, I'm not too keen on the notification bar icons. Other than those this is a great blue theme.

Walls that can be used:
Icons: Smallgreys2, Smallwhites or SmallLight icons.
Use Apex Launcher. Nova, Adw and GoLauncher all crops the walls different. So each custom wall has to be altered if using another launcher.
Set the columns and rows to your liking. Maybe start by 7x7.
Transparent widgets can be changed to liking.
