Why Taskman?
because cyanogen official builds don't come with a taskmanager
and the original taskmanager from mini actually ends all tasks
causing inconvenience and data loss
Copy the file to system/app in the root partition and set permissions as rw- r--r--
Or
Install normally

Love this! anyway you can make it in 1920x1080? thanks!

I took the liberty of making one with the Note 2 native res and added a 5x loop, that way the animation continues until it finishes booting.

I finally pulled the emoji ttf from stock Samsung firmware.
Download: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B1RTdD8uqzLbNExFbk5DdXRwakE/view?usp=docslist_api
How to install:
Make a backup of NotoColorEmoji.ttf in System/fonts (just in case you want to go back)
Paste new .ttf file in System/fonts
Reboot, Enjoy!
The only ones that can't load are some flag icons.

Emoji Switcher on the play store works great. I usually just install it, add the latest iPhone emoji's, restart the phone, then remove the app.
It's free (for what I use it for) and it works just fine. Root only.
