ICS Theme

Hello.
Does somebody can make or port for 2.3.6 Stock Rom. ICS theme?

Does somebody help me? Anoyone?

you can install GO launcher EX and use its ICS skin

But I want to change a statusbar and eventually lockscreen, amybe boot anomatiom. It can be done on stock rom?

Not quite sure if it can be done. Afaik, rom must be deodexed to be themed.. stock is not deodexed.. :

for full themeing must be deodex.
for a littel like app icon and ... can but you must decompiler any app and change icon.
decompiler framwork-res.apk and modding and ...
better use launcher.

CM7 music edition v3 by crazy_k_p is very good to. Try that ( Just suggesting )

[Q]overscroll glowing

hello, is it possible to disable overscroll glowing in LQ2 ics firmware? and if it is possible maybe could say how to disable

Download Jkay Deluxe Theme Mod for your Phone.
It enables disabling the overscroll glow.
PS: UOT doesn't remove the glow. Just changes color. I tried it once.

Na dude, it does for ICS . Check here:

Points to be noted:
- This is only for XWLPG/F/D/7 and XXLPS. I know it would a bad news to you.
- U need rom without any themes or mods install
- Don't flash it even over the CWM packages
- Make a backup just in case before flashing
- Uninstall JKAY deluxe settings app (latest version will be installed with theme)
- If u have any other mods (like phone with no inc. record.full pic), remove it
- Remove all mods

Its for SII.

yeh i saw that it is for s2, i think i wont risk asked jkay for possible ways

Yup. I had tried the JKay Mod for S2 Once when I was on GB. But since there is this lurking demon of hardbrick in ICS World, better stick to not doing the flash of JKay for S2 on Note

Yah I know...somehow it's not working. I clean installed...a few times already. I tried 7.1, now it's working after 2 tries.

-Reboot your phone
-If not want to work then:

-Reboot your phone in to Recovery Mode

I used a latest kernel version. And the holo locker isn't part of framework-res. In next features i'll change mms, desckclock, dialer, settings and other apps and status bar indicators like ISC/JB.

how much RAM doe it consume? is it faster than the stock rom

It will take ~150 - 200 MB. This is all rom not extreme barebone or barebone.

-It seems nice, but i see the phone dialer is the same as GB, can you make it dark themed?
-Also, i can't see if the progress bar is GB or JB based.
-I don't want to try Rafael since they say it's a little buggish, can you upload a stock kernel version?

This rom looks good. But is there any way to disable lockscreen from settings (not 15 toggles from statusbar, after restart lockscreen becomes enabled again)? I'm asking this because I love Holo Locker, but it works better if stock lockscreen is disabled, or else, sometimes, all we get is double lockscreen (stock & holo). If this option is not yet available, please find a way to implement this. Then it would be an almost perfect rom (it would be perfect it it was based on stock ICS - but this is never going to happen, Samsung will never give us ICS for S5830i). Thank you very much.
P.S: By the way, doesn't stock kernel have a problem with ext4 file format? I'm just saying, cause I saw someone asking for stock kernel version...

I know , thats problem when you reboot your phone and at startup is samsungs lockscreen or lockscreen from mod not Holo Locker ;/ i think it's possible to remove samsungs lockscreen from framework-res.apk but i'm not sure it'll works !! The 6 lockscreens mod i can remove ant time any place .

Yes, well I found a thread where was saying that to remove samsung lockscreen we must delete "keyguard_screen_tab_unlock.xml" from framework-res.apk. I tried that, but I have problems to recompile apk (I can recompile without problem if I don't delete that .xml).

Hmm... i must check it out and recompile in linux

I had problem to recompiling framework-res.apk too when i delete this xml :|

Method:
Stock Rom - XXLK2
Install With CWM (Stock Recovery also work But not sure)
Before install backup your framework, if get boot-loop insert your framework in this zip (System>framework) and install for fix problem
NOTE: this framework is base on stock Rom- XXLK2 it might work on other stock rom but not recommended for other rom

Hi there, I use XXLK2 deodexed version by Alucard1989pl I was wondering if you are able to make the 15 toggles thing in green like the stock work in the framework, If you need the specific files I use I can upload somewhere let me know where is best if you need or if you have deodexed XXLK2 its the same right?

search for for 15 toggle addons u will find good tutorial

OK, I had tried to look but I found it a bit too technical for me, guess I will have another look

OK, I will try and it does not hurt to learn. I managed to sort out pull my build.prop editing with Notepad++ and pushing it back after mounting system and turning it r/w, that was a real pain the the azz.
I can only fail!! On a different note if the SystemUI.apk and Framework is not odexed in stock rom surly XXLK2 is same in both version?

will this work on my phone ?
