is there a tool for repairing or changing imei?

Imei on my htc one is showing as 0's after rooting how can i fix this, I have the box with the original imei number on is there any program where i can type this number in to flash back on the phone i have tried flashing back stock but still no joy plz help

here there might be the solution to revive the IEMI but it is JPN lanugage webpage.

I know how to repair IMEI with that program but I can't find BPLGUI and APDB .
