Does anyone know a theme I could use or a way to flash some of the better battery icons, such as the circular ones with the percentage in the middle?

My login screen disappears after flashing the CM5.07 .zip file. Just to let you know. However i think i was supposed to metamorph the theme....

That is just the bar from my old Blue Haze theme.
ok.. right now i'm running Test6 with SuperBad1.2.5.. can i flash the BlueDark over that to get the bar? furthermore, will the launcher stay the same? i really like the smooth launcher in SuperBad
Make a metamorph with the status bar images in framework-res, then in CM5.0.7 test 7 you can change the text color in the status bar via spare parts.
in the new spareparts where we select text colors. what does the "SPN & PLMN" labels refer too?

Q: how can i add ur blackbar and keep the cyanogen stock battery icon. which .png or whatever file do i have to switch out.
and keep in mind that i alter the zip with the 7zip program and sign it with sdk/autosign.jar
so basically shoot me a file name and a file path and i should have it from there bro thanks in advance

The Blackbar is now a Metamorph so updates for every version are no longer needed. Just download Metamorph & install.

But aye bro question tho how can I take cloverdales elixr theme( latest version which is a metamorph I belive ) and make it a flashable zip file ? I got 7zip installed on the pc so I sign my zips that way but I'm lost as to how please help me out.
And one more while I'm at it. How can I take any theme and do wut cloverdid and make it compatible to any eclair or 2.1 rom.
I like 80% of this theme and 20% is scattered between other themes.?

Has anyone found any type of circular battery that will work with DROID DOES ROM? I know its based off of Cynogen 5.08..just wondering..I think that would be awesome on top of the look and feel of that rom..

Any MM with a circle battery should work. Just delete all the other files except the battery ones from the zip, apply the MM and BAM! You got your circle battery. Enjoy.
or you could just exit the files in framework-res.apk
I have a theme I really like (cozmic76_v5), but I want to change the battery icon. I have tried several methods with no success.
First question: does anyone have this theme with a circle battery icon?
Second question: If answer to first question is no, do you have any detailed instructions on how I can edit a cw flashable theme?

I'd take a look at MetaMorph or use the UOT Kitchen to modify your battery at http://circle.glx.nl/.
MetaMorph is fairly safe and easy to create themes for changing images on your phone only.

you may upload your framework-res.apk and choose the battery style which you like and it will do the MOD automatically (take a look at the attachment photo for available icons in the kitchen)
When I want upload files, these files aren't...
Who can do this method with battery of Crysis and after upload put these files in zip.
I still don't know how to do it. My Galaxy Mini has the EmanoN V3 Rom Installed, and I know how to change the boot animation (and where those animations are located) but I don't know anything about the Battery Charge Animation When the Phone is off.
I've read other threads but none of them helped me with this concern. It seems that in Samsung Galaxy Mini the Charging animation file is in other location and not in /System/Media.. I really want to change that old charging Animation (The big green battery charging xD)

Easy way is to use Uot kitchen or any theme to change it.
Of u want to change it yourself..then u should replace a few icons in ur framework with others of ur choice.

Oh, are you talking about the framework folder located on /system? because in that folder there are only .jar and .odex files.. oh, and 2 .apk called "lidroid-res" and "framework-res".

It's close to impossible.
Very complex and I have no idea.
It has something to do with the kernel.
The only person afaik who has managed to do that is Chainfire with his app no moar powah and it's incompatible with Qvga.

I'm more curious about how to change the battery charging animation when the phone is turned off. A friend told me that I could not change it because "that animation is part of the 'cellphone'. It's like the Downloading Mode image (that cannot be edited)" but I'm not sure about that..

Yup, the one's that located in status bar. I've been browsing around in UOT Kitchen for sometime, but its not letting me to do anything (Its full)
And, also I'm too lazy to set all icons myself So its easy if anyone had modified framework-res.apk or SystemUI.apk with ICS battery icons set. The ICS battery icons in the link that I posted before, is a perfect choice for me.

if you have deodex rom or custom rom can use UOT kitchen or edit frameeork-res.apk and systemui.apk .
it's so easy for deodex rom.

Hi,
I was also looking for a similar solution for my android phone. Someone on the google group mentioned that this is a part of the bootloader (http://groups.google.com/group/android-platform/browse_thread/thread/7ab362a235b840d2). You got to modify the bootloader to achieve this. This is not part of android.
