Haha, he might be referring to "Chinese" as a race rather than a nationality. I'm Chinese and I come from Malaysia.

[Q] How to Change Calendar Start Day

Hi,
I just bought the LG optimus 2x. I realize that the calendar's start day is a Monday. Is there a way to change it so that the calendar's start day is on a Sunday instead? Or, is there an app that I can download that will have that function?
Thanks.
It depends on the locale you choose. I belive US English will give you Sunday first and UK English gives you Monday.

Oh thanks! I always thought US week starts on Monday...
However, changing the language to US english also changes the way a phone number is displayed... e.g. from 12345678 to 123-456-78

which language(s) must be known?

hi guys. i need suggestions. i wanna be a translator. which language do u prefer? or suggest? for example in our country, chinese is good for trade. russian is so good for tourism. but tourism not for me. cause you don't have a family life.
options are limited. my limited options are italian, spanish, french, german, japanese, korean, chinese, russian, hindi, arabic and farsi.
pls suggest. i really need your suggestions.
edit: i wanna be a interpreter. as mean instantly translator. i wanna make money so.
e.g. in our country chinese big deal. it pays well. but everybody talks about it's hard to learn.
edit2: my purpose of open this thread is to get suggestions. in every respects.
In the USA, English and Spanish will suffice.

Spanish should be enough in many states on it's own. No need for English.

What type of translator?
Japanese, Chinese, Korean, English are all good for business.
Spanish is critical in some parts. Here in southern California, it's hard to get a job without being bilingual English/Spanish.
Being in Turkey, if you're going to stay in Turkey, figure out what languages you here spoken and learn those.
If you want to travel or be a political translator, that's different.

Ok straight answer here
Mandarin is a good money earner for translators, also sign language.

did you just post this to brag about your trip? because i don't see why you would need to mention that to ask for accessories for a phone.

i don't know whether to laugh or cry at how ridiculous your statement is. he's just asking if accessories are available in LG's home country, Korea. you need to brush up on your standard of english. :highfive:

You could try out the LG Tone+ (HBS73) bluetooth headset. I have been using this for a few days now (a friend brought it for me from Seoul), and have been enjoying using it. The audio quality is amazing, and call quality has been excellent with drops within specified range.
