Amazing, my favourite so far, not tried the clear widgets yet. Can't decide if I preference the clear or black rosie. Keep them coming.

Read this post on signing and building update.zip files, You must have the sdk installed and running to start with!
The key is to treat apk and update.zip files as zip files which can be chopped and changed as much as you want from within winrar. The hard part is getting the signing to work however I found this post very useful http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=467639
the 3 main files to skin are ....
com.htc.resources.apk - HTC stuff
framework-res.apk - Basic android stuff
rosie.apk - HTC sense stuff
just try taking one of my theme zip's apart and have a play, if cannot get it signed send it me and I'll do it for you

how do i install themes i know it has summit to do with recovery mode but i dont know how to access that lol ps its running latest orange firmware and is in su mode

just download the theme and rename it "update.zip" put this onto your memory card, turn off your phone then press and hold the "home" button while pressing the power button.... keep the "home" button down until you get to the recovery screen then select flash the update.zip as you would a rom.

Anyone know how to get this lockscreen for the Hero?

I think it's from a G1 ROM, not so sure, I'm just wondering if anyone knows if there is a version of this for our hero.. it looks soo beast. It's from KSpec Oreo v.31 (I can't post links go to AndroidAndMe forums, official post your home screen thread and it's posted by someone called DroidHead near the bottom of the 2nd page.

You normally flash it the same way as a ROM, with a signed update.zip, but that theme is for the G1 MC 3.1 (? - not sure), so if we tried to flahs that, we'd brick our phone

IMHO it looks like a modified 1.5 Cupcake Lockscreen, so i think you can't use it on 2.* ROMs.

I can't access that site from work.
Someone please upload/link me to the theme/lockscreen, and I will port it over.

Nice try but that is just a picture, there has to be the actual file from the theme somewhere.

to be honest i dont know where the lockscreen file would be located so...

Hello - nice work man. Question - I've played around before with adding files to the bootscreen folder, however this appears to not work in this manner. I simply want to add a .mp3 to the boot while using your screens. Any idea?

Perhaps you can take a look to see what's actually in the mod file? (i'm sorry I can't do it myself. Decompiling apks never really worked for me. :/ )

Excuse me, I'm not aware I wrote wrong ...
The point is: I set up this theme when the phone, camera, other buttons are signs disappeared .. I wonder if I use the ROM right? What can you recommend me to use ROM?'m counting on your experience .. I'll be very glad if you can help in this regard ...

This is not a ROM, it's a mod/theme for Sense 4.
Ask such questions OP, as he is the one who made it... I haven't tried it personally.

For example, the Sense 5 lockscreen is taken (again without any notice or permission asked) from : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=39555206&postcount=2478
Sense_5_Lockscreen_(RC9.5).zip to be exact.
Anyway as this Lockscreen mod is almost one year old ... it's ok for everyone want to include in ROMs or MODs .... a credit is appreciated
