I was wondering anyone had any Google Voice invites to giveaway as it was done with the Google Wave application. If so, I'm interested in one to see what it's about. Thanks in advance.
i got mine yesterday but i cant use it nor open it because its restricted to the US :S
for now its US only so i guess i have to wait a bit.

I can see this thread going out of control.
I got in. Gonna see if I can invite you guys on the laptop since I don't see an option on my phone.
Well I managed to get over 120 people in, so that was a success. Google have now taken my invite button away, so no more invites, I'm afraid.
Sorry to shout, but I've started to get pm's now asking for invites.
Okay, I've edited the 1st post cos I realised it will just disappear if there's no posts on it and I want to invite as many people as possible. Google+ is looking VERY good at the moment and the more people we can get in the better!

Thanks for the quick invite, but I just get a button that says "Learn more about Google+" and when clicked takes you to screen that tells you it is in limited Beta and offers to keep you posted. So are invites closed already or am I missing something?

My invitation had a link that said something like "View or comment on post »" and I used that to sign up.
If that's not working then just keep the email and try every now and then, but they were definitely accepting invites very recently.

Google+ is in limited Field Trial
At the moment, we're testing with a small number of people, but it won't be long before the Google+ project is ready for everyone. Leave us your email address and we'll make sure that you're the first to know when we're ready to invite more people.

I got the invite and that button "Learn more..." is showing up, but there's no link that says "View or comment on..."
Oh and sorry for being rude; thank you very much for the invite! Much appreciated

I guess they must have their own criteria as to who gets in then, unless you just keep trying. Most of the people I invite are getting in straight away.

I saw somewhere that there's a workaround for Google+ invites not working; I can't confirm this or anything, obviously... anyway, I think the article said that if you share something with a friend (i.e. you put in their e-mail address to share it), then it'll send out an e-mail to the thing you shared (like a post on your "wall" or whatever it's called), and then you can sign up. Just speculation, dunno if it works or not ^^
And yeah, I used my gmail account.

That's a very good point. Most of the people that are posting their email addresses to the spreadsheet are using gmail or googlemail addresses. There's only a few that haven't so maybe that's a deciding factor. I suppose it would make some sense, while it's still in beta.
Edit: Just saw Breece's post above. This obviously isn't the case.

^ This. Plus, all you have to do is send an email to [email protected] asking for one. They sent me one within 2 hours of sending a request.
Please don't make this as annoying as the OnePlus One invite requests....
Oh, and if anyone PMs me asking for an invite I'm going to ignore you. So don't bother.

Send an invite to a friend
Once you get Inbox, you'll have invites to send to your friends. Here's how to send an invite:
Open Inbox.
In the bottom right, go to the Create button .
Choose Invite to Inbox .

Yep, I'm an "ahole" for reserving my invites for friends that would actually appreciate it, rather than giving them away to random people on here who seem to only join this site simply so they can beg & demand things from XDA members who actually contribute to the Android community.
Go beg somewhere else...

I wasn't talking about you. I was simply responding to your post in which you felt the need to resort to name calling.
I've received 15 messages in my inbox from random people begging (quite literally) for invites. And then the guy who posted above yours was asking as well. All of these people have joined within the last couple of months and seem to have very few posts and minimal "thanks", which is a great indication that they come around here just to ask for things such as One+ One invites and more recently, Inbox invites.
Of course I'm not going to hold onto invites just to be spiteful. I have friends who I know will want them. And, quite frankly, if someone on here with an actual reputation for helping/contributing to this community asked me for an invite, I'd be more than happy to give them one. But like I said, I'm not going to just hand them out to the leaches of this site. You've got to see where I'm coming from here...

Guys its easy to get invite. Go google for google inbox. Then request invite from google.took few hours then I got my invites. Sorry no extra invite I gave them all out.

It isn't that easy. They don't just give invites to every person who applies for them.

And the bottom right, you should see a new message Icon..
Hover over that.. there should be an Invite option

i have messaged to google regarding this... they said the option wil be seen within 1 week of activation of inbox

I also cleaned out the posts that contained visible email addresses, because posting your email address in a public forum is a good way to get your inbox spammed...
