Is it just me or at the edges around the screen kind of sharp. After using the phone for a while, I get red imprints on my thumbs

The edge on your phone around the glass isn't slightly higher than the glass?

Mine is but is round and smooth

I agree, the edges on the sides are a bit too sharp :S

No sharp edges on mine.

the glass on mine is a little bit lower, but you shouldn't hold it so hard that you get inprints lol

That's what I'm saying. The glass is lower, and the edges are raised. IT from prolonged use, not holding it tightly

complete screen protector film?

Do they make a screen protector for our Gnote 2 with only the speaker and home button cut out? Here is an example similar to what I am talking about.
http://www.ebay.com/itm/180898901835?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1439.l2649
I don't think they make any because the Note (and S3 I believe) have tapered glass on the sides, which means a protector would immediately lift on the edges.
normally they dont because occasionally, on non-perfect applications, its possible to get dust trapped underneath the screen protector where the front camera and ambient sensors/proximity sensors are, which can interfere with the way they work.

But I bought one for my epic 4g touch n sensor work flawlessly.
I bought this one. I just installed it today. It has the hole for the home button, speaker, and camera. The sensors are covered. I like it because it protects the whole screen. Its a wet application if that matters to you.

Xtremeguard I believe has a protector that only has cutouts like you're looking for. I briefly had it on my phone, so can't 100% remember. Keep in mind though that any protector that goes right to the edge of the screen is going to suck with the s pen.

Thanks for the reply but I check on ebay and xtremeguard has cut out just like others but it does cover more area. I'm looking for a full screen
cover with only speaker and home button cut out.
I got mine from ishield. The wet application scared me but my phone was fine. It's really for sgn2. There's even a plastic sheet for the back with the cam and Flash holes.
Oh snap! I don't have a witty tapatalk signature!
Can either of you do a thorough review here? Give us an Idea of how it feels and fits.

LG G2 Skins - Protectors

So I previously ordered and installed the ZAGG full body protector (front and back) for my LG G2 (T-Mobile). The back protector was horrible. The cut outs were bad and collected a crazy amount of dust near the camera/button area. The screen protector was great as it covered 99% of the screen, but I took it off b/c of that orange peel effect.
I'm thinking between these three skins
1) Skinomi Tech Skin
2) ArmorSuit
3) Ghost Armor (Expensive though! - $60)
Anyone try either? and which one do you like better in regards to cut outs and protection?
The ArmorSuit looks like it's only for the back, no sides, top, or bottom.
If I remember correctly Skinomi is similar.
There are better options out there, particularly ones that use genuine 3M materials.

That's what I thought. But it does look like the Skinomi product offers the buttons and camera in the back which is pretty cool. I also forgot to add Ghost Armor to the list, but I don't know if anyone here tried that.
What better options are out there?

I've heard good things about Exoskins. Anyone else care to comment?
I current have the Obliq pure crystal and they're great. They feel smooth and don't have too much of a plastic feel.
They're only $7 too.

These look good. I was hoping it would include the camera lens cover like the Skinomi does. I've ready about how easily this "sapphire" lens gets scratched up. Not to mention the buttons too.

Ah. I don't use the rear protector since i have a TPU case. I actually left the verizon sticker on the back.
Front fits perfect though and I got it on without any dust / bubbles too on the first try
When you use the skin on the back button if you put the phone face up, would the back of the phone hit the skin or the "railing" on the side of the power button?

Scratch or dust

I might be nitpicking here. But I have screen protector in my note 8. I woke up this morning with a black line.
Is this black line a dust or a Scratch?
Here it is

That looks like a piece of dust/lint under your screen protector.
What sort of screen protection is it? Tempered Glass?

Tempered glass yes. I Can live with it if It's not on actual screen. I am new to edgw screen so excuse me for being paranoid. So it's not an actual Scratch?

It does not look like a scratch to me.
Scratches usually tend to show as a multicoloured line due to the LED below the display glass, that is a Black line that looks like a bit of lint / dust that got under the screen protector, possibly during application or slipped into a part that is not totally sealed around the protector.

Thanks for telling me cause I am a bit of a noob when it comes to telling the diffrence. The phone is awesome by the way. Coming from note 5.

Note 9 glass to frame flushness.

Not sure how else to put it. The top and bottom part frame to glass edges, they don't seem to be flush. Resulting in not so friendly edges digging into pinky finger. Won't be an issue with s case but thought I'd mention it. As I'm currently using it nekid.

I think it's an intentional design to slightly help with minimizing screen breakage. Which is pretty cool.
