Is there a way to fully delete the Lockscreen? I've deleted what I would guess could be the lockscreen but i only got down to the Android lockscreen...

Is there any method to remove clockweather widget from lockscreen? Android 4.3 sense.
It's a tweak in Viper3.0 when it will come out
