Anyone know what Needs to be Switched in the Build.Prop in order to get the phones Connection time to Respond Faster? I Read about it in a thread a while back, but now that I'm looking for it just Can't seem to Find it! Guess I should also note that I'm using a CDMA HTC Hero!
Any Help will be Appreciated...
Thanx!

1. ive tried 3 or 4 new roms (juicy, mightymike, energys...)and for some reason the data connection turns on by itself...ive already checked to make sure that nothing is automatically updating (weather, stocks, etc) and theyre not....ive read that n 6.5 the data connection reads a on but its really not??? can someone help me out because my battery seems to be draining quickly.
2.battery life on the above mentioned roms seem to be not that great.
3.my phone runs at anywhere from 55 to 75 on boot up with the above mentioned roms. i tried using the no push inteernet cab and the ssk dynamic resource proxy cab but they dont seem to make a difference
4. i keep hearing about this program called XDA UC...i think i know what it does but im not 100% sure...will someone please elaborate on what this is, and how to use it (ive read the thread on xda about it but it looks like greek to me
5 i cant seem to get MMS to work on any rom what so ever....no sending or receiving...ive tried the "MMS FIXES" that are suppose to work, but they dont help unfortunately
6. on some roms the TF3D audio manager will work and on some it doesnt (and it wouldnt work on my verizon stock rom either)...i wish i could figure this out

Very fast good battery life,
Ive had a look around and i cannot find anything so i thought i would post a thread.
basically i want certain apps etc to think that i am connected to wifi when really i am using my 3g data. This would also help solve my MMS problem as i only receive them while i am on WIFI, so tricking my phone into thinking its on wifi would solve this issue.
Thanks for your help, any help in the right direction would be useful
Hi guys, I don't understand why my hotspot wifi on Lacoste ROM don't work: i have internet on my phone, but when I turn on hotspot on my phone to share my connection with other phone, the latter can't surf the net. Why? There is a procedure that I don't know?
Thanks

Last time I checked, I don't think it worked on Lacoste. At the same time, since dla5244 stopped his work on CM10.1, I don't think any of us will be seeing updates any time soon. If there is, then it has to be in some other forum, probably something Russian Maybe someone can make a fix in hopes of fixing it but I would suggest you try CyanVivo10.1. I can't really say if it works since I don't use those 2 functions but maybe ask around and someone can provide you with a legitimate answer.
Any chance someone can link me to the best or latest rom for tmobile that supports wifi-calling? I searched up and down, maybe it was due to a long day at work with idiot users that cant figure out how to even turn their computers on.. I just could not find it.
I wish I had better service at my house since I love this phone but without wif-calling its becoming hard to use it for what it is, a phone.
thanks a ton in advance
I have an HTC one m7 (att model) but I believe I can install the regular HTC one m7 roms right?? I won't be needing mobile data.. I plan on unlocking tomorrow or.sometime really soon, I just want to use this phone as my bicycle computer with a certain app. I won't have a sim card inside it, everything will be ran without any data needed.. I'll periodically be using WiFi to update things as needed..
I was just wondering, is there a simple lightweight Rom/kernel setup out there anyone would recommend?
I need sound, WiFi, and GPS working flawlessly.
I need the best battery life possible.
I need something stable without any reboots or anything so since I'll be recording long distance cycling routes..
Is there a way I can maybe disable or remove the modem file to save battery so mobile data won't work forcably?
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated thank u so much!
