First rom release, first theme, first bootanimation, go easy on me lol. But really any tips/pointers would be greatly appreciated.

After first boot, restart with usb debugging disabled to get rid of the constant icon. Then you can enable it again without any problems.

I have two batteries : P

I installed this rom last night, getting no data signal. No 3g or H was displayed. Rebooted. Same issue. Reverted back to different ROM.

No. I was not on flight mode. I even reset the data mode. I than reflashed it again with same result. One thing I have not tried flashing another modem.

{MOD} Animated Pulldown Bar

If you have made a Animated Pulldown Bar animation post it and i will upload it into the OP. I will also be making some when i get time im very busy trying to get work things together but i will work on what i can but please share your work i will give full credit and show it off thank you.

It will work much like the multi-anim zip I did "if familiar with it" by means of renaming a file inside a folder called notta on your sdcard to the animation of your choice. Then just reboot to recovery and flash the same zip you downloaded. Thats it!
Hopefully one zip, 15 different anims, working on CM7 and MIUI.
Instructions copied from the file you will rename (sdcard/notta/green-lightning)
Open as text such as with Root Explorer to view
Instructions for use:
Simply rename this file, the one you are reading to the pulldown animation of your choice. Reboot to recovery and reflash the original zip you downloaded. It will identify your choice by the file and patch that set. Be advised if you mispell your choice, nothing will be flashed and error.txt will reside in /sdcard/notta. NOTE: A dalvik wipe should be performed on the first initial flash, it should not be necessary after that.
So far the pulldown animations to rename default to are:

Consider it a beta zip & Again let me know how things work or give feedback. I have tested this but not extensively, It works by identifying whether ThemeChooser.apk (CM7) or ThemeEngine.apk (MIUI) resides in the system/app folder. If one or the other is not there, it won't flash anything!
I figure being able to theme on the fly is one of the reasons people run these roms, so it was a quick and easy solution to combine both in one zip.
The status bar may take a moment to set back in between animation choices. Also the animation never works on the first pulldown, just pull down a second time and it works great from then on out.
Also makes an undo flashable backup for both CM7 & MIUI!

Can I edit these 2 work on cm7 w.o a comp (cat chewed my power cord for my comp so I'm stuck on cm7 til atlst wednesday)...I may jus do a nandroid backup n try n flash one of these anyway jus 2 c if itll magically work lol
Edit: tried 2 flash one over cm7 n it's like I didn't even flash it... but after reading the how to page I def need a comp 2 do this

these mods are only for com rom 2 users...this mod can be made to work on cm7..yes....but as is it edits files that dont exist anywhere but in touchwiz

Ok I thought it would work cuz the how to page says it should work on any GB Rom then the froyi how to is in a tiny spot at the bottom so I figured it was mainly supposed 2 be a GB thing that was modded for froyo also but I guess I didn't think bout the whole aosp tw deal

Can I request this for MIUIWiz 1.1. I tried to edit it and get it to work but it deleted the launcher and force closed everything and I had to reflash the rom. I know it's for com but I had to try

Just a quick thanks for the thread, hit thanks button when at PC.
Pointed me to the Droid forums and the step by step there worked great. Implemented on Simply Honey vibrant edition. I did use the honeycomb animation from here. If I need to credit anyone besides the OP here and at Droid forums please let me know.
Really is a nice added touch for that wow factor when showing off to friends and co-workers.

EF02 1% Battery Mods with crt, overscroll and lagfix

This is a stock battery mod for EF02. One version is just the battery mod with overscroll (if deodexed). The other one is battery mod, overscroll (if deodexed) and crt animation. These are edify cwm flashable zips.

First of all I am not responsible for anything that happens to your phone. Use at your own risk. I have only tried this on my stock odex and deodex EF02 tars. This will erase any other theme if you try to flash it over a theme or a rom with a theme. It will also break the rom if it has a modified framework-res.apk or systemUI.apk
The overscroll color is stock. If you don't like the overscroll color extract the drawable-hdpi folder from framework-res.apk\res and replace overscroll_edge.png and overscroll_glow.png with the colors you want. If you don't like the android man do the same thing. Find the battery images that you like and replace them in the drawable-hdpi folder from framework-res.apk\res. If you can't figure this out and really want a different battery icon than post a link to an existing battery mod or upload the images in a zip file and I will make it for you. But please give it a try first because it is very easy to just replace images.

Any chance we can get a version for odex? Or is that not at all possible. I enjoy the additional app space on the phone with odex versions. I am able to get crt animations and all I realy want is battery mod. I have my phone set up exactly how I want it and really only await gingerbreads source to get a better kernel.

It will work on odexed. I tested it on my odexed tar. Overscroll doesn't work but battery and crt work fine. But to be safe do a nandroid backup first.

I did as you suggested and have changed the colors to blue on the "EF02StockAndroidmanBattModOverCRT" but is there a way I could also incorporate the blue flames pulldown? This sorta of thing is way out of what I do but you spelled out how to make the changes in color so I was able.
EDIT: Forget it. I thought one over writes the other but I got Blue Flames Pulldown and EF02StockAndroidmanBattModOverCRT in blue. I'm set but thanks anyway

tried 1% mod overscroll and crt. overscroll and battery mod are both there. crt not there with all animations on. also i flashed back to qbkings mod and and crt and overscroll still work. downloaded twice to check if i had a bad dl. still no crt.

here ya go some screenies. only gripe was the fuzzy xda loading icon but otherwise awesome. A cool boot up animation would also be good along with some pulldown animations those are always sweet.

Just my opinion but I don't feel animated pull downs are smooth. Makes it feel slow to me and not worth the little flash it adds. Theme looks great. Awesome job.

K, I'm uploading v 1.3
If you are on the theme already, use root explorer or something, and delete these out of data/app:
com.dropbox.android
com.ebproductions.android.launcher
gbkb
DeskClockGoogle.
They have been moved to system/app, because they weren't installing in data/app. Gbkb has been removed entirely because it was for 2.3, and only has mdpi images.
New in v1.3:
New Phone icon
New loading icon
I think that's all other than the apps being moved/deleted.

[CWM][MOD][EL30] Flying Windows for CleanGB 1.1.2

I put this on my installation of CleanGB 1.1.2 MTD. I have no idea if it would work on any other ROM.

It's marked as EL30 because that's what CleanGB supports, but I'm using the FB15 modem and it works fine for me.

Modems are independent of the rom. Cleangb itself is el30.

Um... you mean video? It's an animation, not a theme. The theme is the CleanGB theme.
This mod makes things like pop-up dialogs swing into view. For example, long-press on the home screen and the pop-up menu will fly up into view.

Yes. But you can pull the framework-res and systemui from the ICS theme and upload it to UOT and add the flying windows. They are in KGBlues themes as well.
