Ok, here's a weird one. The number emails has stopped showing in the standard email app.
I have a 2.3.4 Gingerbread rooted via Quens_P100_EF17
It worked after i flashed this rom, but does not show any more. I still get notification (sound) but no other notification.

So i recently used odin one click to get my cappy back to "stock". One issue that i'm currently having is when i use the SMS messaging app, the senders messages always appear above anything i send. So in long conversations i have to scroll up quite a way to see his most recent message
any thoughts?

I re installel overcome kratos cause I tried another rom and since then all went fine, but my mail icon no longer shows unread message.
IT isnot a big problem, but it is annoying.
I can finnd no answers, can anyone help

Firstly, I'm using the stock kernel on Dhacker29 and Hashcode's AOKP JB. My text message notifications aren't showing up when I receive a message. I'm pretty sure it has to do with GoSMS being installed (I need it for when I receive MMS for now) and I have MySMS installed to send text messages from my tablet and PC. Is there a way I can set the stock messaging to the default or something, so I can receive the notifications?
Hi, one small problem since I upgraded to 4.4.2 stock. I observed that I receive no more email sound and visual notification of newly received emails. Although is I open the application itself I can see several emails that I have received since last time I checked. Auto-Sync is enabled so I do not have an idea of what is going on. Anyone has encountered this also?

I recently noticed that email notifications don't work;
I hear the new email sound, I see the new email icon(in the notifications bar) for a split of a second and then it disappears immediately...
I checked the gmail app notification settings and it appears to be correct "Notifications" are checked, and also "Notify for every message".
I think it all started about when I updated to Lollipop.
Does this sound familiar to anyone?
I'm using:
HTC One M7,
Android Ver. 5.0.2
Sense 6.0
No ROMS, never ROOTed my device.
Any help would be much appreciated.
