Use PowerAMP to improve it...

any other place in LG Optimus black where we can make sound settings and boost the speaker sound

if you're referring to the volume settings of the phone, than the answer is no, for now at least . The only way is from a player with dsp pack like playerpro etc

You mean like Cyanogenmod DSP app? it may if CM supports P970.. current custom rom doesn't have that little tool like CM dsp.

Inside the hidden menu we have a Audio CAL.
Device test >>> Sound Test >>> Audio CAL Tool >>> Sound Calibration:
Choose "Device type" and you can try to modify the values...
There are settings for the headset, headphones, speaker etc,etc,etc...

To access the hidden menu, key in 3845#*970#

Or you can just download this app called Volume+ (Sound Boost) v1.7.4 that can make all the changes without going inside the hidden menu

I'm testing some settings under hidden menu...
Pretty nice results, later i'll post the values
Cheers!

i'm confused with the settings... Luhccas-X10, get online!

Excellent, I´m eagerly waiting for your response - Volume is quite low in general on the LGOB, so i´m happy if it can be boosted!

Secondly, nobody is going to simply download a random link you give without an explanation of what it as and proof from you that it works and doesn't cause problems.

Rather than 'swearing' - which is pointless - how about posting screen-shots of your phone running these tweaks?
Some parts of the scripting included are fairly standard and included in most Custom ROMs. Other parts are just hyperbole;-
Beats Audio is a pile of cr4p, just like their headphones. If you want better audio than use a decent equalizer setting and some proper headphones
Sony Bravia engine is a gimmick. How do you actually expect to make your screen better? Change the LCD panel? Or just tune the contrast, brightness etc?
Bottom line - post screen-shots as proof or stop claiming to have run it and tested it dude.
This what you wanted my build.prop for sure no bootloop

How is now cm ? I mean i havent tried it since cm10 m version. Is good for daily use ? Camera and video recording are good like official v30 from lg ? Call problems ?

Yes,you can use it as your daily ROM.
There is little problem with Video Recording, but for "images" you can definately take good quality ones.
..
Another bug is that, if u connect your phone with a bluetooth headset then no sound comes from the bluetooth headset.
So, ultimately you have to disconnect the bluetooth headset and use handset or wired earphone for talking/listening.

Why the team of CM not yet added the developer settings for the CM10.1 like the other versions of CM?

Do this to get Developer's Option in CM-10.1 .---->
go to settings ------> About Phone-------> now come to the last option "Build Number" --------> press on "Build Number" 8times.
..
Now, you will get Developer's options.
press Thanks If i helped

What I got is a little different and quite strange. I could listen to music but sometimes the sound was cut many times until I move my phone until a "good" position and also it could just stop any sound until I use my BT headset to change the song and then I could hear what I would currently hear if everything was right and then it works until another cuts/no sound - and changing on the phone do not work -. That is sooo weird. X)

And, about the camera ; image quality is good but the "macro-mode" clearity of stock lg rom was the best.

There is definitely difference. Anything above these settings, makes sound broken at highest volume.

[Z2][LP 5.0][SOUNDMOD][Sound Boost and Stereo all Round][UPDATE][26.04.2015]

Lollipop update on our Z2 is sweet to me, but that wasn't without disappointment from the sound department.
After series of search for SOUNDMOD to improve sound quality, there were none at first for LP but later others appeared either enabling stereo for sound and notification only or one side of the sound.
This mod I tried to enable and fine tune to my taste but being cautious about the Max sound level the speakers can handle.
This is just for sharing, if you are dampened by the sound quality of your Z2 lollipop like me, you may give it a try.
What I changed
? incall loudspeaker stereo
? notification, ringtone, alarm and sound stereo (stereo everywhere except on regular call with handset, i.e top speaker.
? sound boost for incall loudspeaker, and handset
? sound boost for music, notifications, ringtone, and headset
? sound boost for video recording
How to install
ROOT IS REQUIRED
I'm not responsible for your mother or father or boss ceasing your phone because you're preoccupied with enjoying your new sound quality due to this mod.

UPDATE 26/04/2015
Rectified the sound difference between the earphones left and right. SORRY for the error, there was 5db sound difference between left and right.
Download mixer_flashable_rectified.zip and flash over the old one.
