Bluetooth & Wifi

I recently bought a bluetooth keyboard mainly to use while on wifi, but to my disappointed wifi dont seem to work with bluetooth on!
Another problem, my ppc keeps shutting down while i'm using my bt keyboard, tried few "keepalive" apps but it still shuts down, found only one way, thats adjusting the power settings not to shut down permanently, but this needs soft reset every time
Anyone with experience or suggestion on either the above?
Nevermind that, I found out that wifi needs adequate signal strength in order to function properly with bluetooth on.
About the power issue, the main problem was not knowing when the PPC will shut down, so i wrote a morscript to prompt a countdown when its about to shut down, and option to reset the idle timer.
Thanks all..

Wifi disconnects when in sleep mode

When i want to off the screen while on VOIP, i push the power button (right upper side), it will push the phone into sleep mode to off the screen, which will conserve more power while on VOIP.
But as soon as i do that, i get disconnected from wifi in sleep mode.. how do i enable wifi while still in sleep mode?
Please please advice me what i should do..
Can anyone give an answer about this one? i'd love one too, Data rates up in canada are very expensive, and I'm in range of wifi all day at home and work, would like to just be abel to use those networks even when phone is sleeping. Exchange synching and all.
Hey i found a utility that has the option for this...
Seems to work

wifi on/off issue on 2.2

I upgraded my 2.1 to 2.2 on Captivate. Since then, wifi is in an always on state. Earlier on 2.1 wifi used to turn off when phone used to go sleep mode for some time. Now on 2.2, even if i wake the up the phone after like an hour of being in sleep, I notice that the wifi is still on.
And this always-on mode of wifi is killing the battery!
Anyone who could clear this up, without using any apps like juice defender?

Go into wifi settings - when there hit the menu button and you have the option for advanced settings - there you have the option to set wifi sleep policy.

[Q] Galaxy Music GT 6010 - constant reset of settings

Hi
I have a problem with my GT 6010. It constantly resets the settings. For example, wifi/bluetooth automatically shift from on to off. Auto-rotate goes off when I turn it on. Same with mobile-data enable.
Anyone know what I can do?
Thx

[Q] Torch not working with volume button since stock upgrade to lollipop

I'm on stock android S4 Active I9295. Since official Samsung upgrade to lollipop 5.0.1 the function and setting has disappeared to be able to use volume button to switch on torch when screen is off. Does anybody have a way to get it working again? Would very much appreciate if anybody can help. Made different searches but couldn't find anybody else mention this problem or solution.
This has been removed from Android Lollipop
It still works on mine, also official lollipop. Although when it times out and you it's 'up volume' again it doesn't turn on unless you turn the screen on and off.
Using an app called Torchie, just press both 'volume buttons' together to turn on/off torch anytime. It runs as a background service and just works anytime, even when screen off (if enabled from Torchie Settings). It kinda make your phone feel like a conventional battery operated torch. No root required.
