[Q] Themed Google Search Widget? - Android Themes

Hey guys and gals, looking for a Sense themed Google Search Widget. There is a search bar included in the LP Sense UI app, but unfortunately it is very buggy, and every time I enter text, it refuses to work for following text entries until I remove and then re-add the widget. It is annoying to have to do every time. I could decompile the .apk and get the images, I just don't know how to theme the search bar. Any help?

Need some help with my home screen icons

I was running Cyanogen Mod 4.1.9999 and had this dark/black theme with custom icons.
I recently upgraded to CM 4.2.1 and my icons for google maps, market, gmail, google talk, voice search, and youtube are still the custom icons from the theme rather than the original G1 icons and it is really annoying me.
My question is can I get my icons to look like the original G1 icons?
Also I tried wiping and that didn't work.

[Q] Change lockscreen icons

Is there a way to change the lockscreen icons on the stock lockscreen? I don't mean the actual shortcut, that's simple, I mean the actual icon e.g. if I want WhatsApp shortcut on my lockscreen, how can I change the icon to a custom icon..?
I've the same Problem /question and doesn't found any solution.
so i installed widget locker from store and build my own (CM like ) Lockscreen
Play store WidgetLocker (can't paste links)

Yeah thanks. I've been using WL on and off for years. Tested many lockscreens but what I really want is plain stock launcher with ability to change shortcut icons..

[Q] Lockscreen settings

I'm on ARHD 20.1 and I would love to have a cleaner look on my lockscreen and remove, the clock as well as the defaults apps which are in my dock. It used to be you could edit and choose the apps that are displayed in the lockscreen but now i can only edit the wallpaper.
Any ideas ?

The only way to remove the apps on the lockscreen is to use a different launcher and remove all apps from the dock in Sense before switching to the 3rd party launcher, or, don't have any apps in the dock if you want to use Sense. With regards to the clock on the lockscreen, the only way to remove it is to use ViperOne ROM which has an option to disable it by way of a built in Mod (which I did ask the Dev about releasing it as a standalone Mod as I don't want to use Viper, I had no reply though) ... The other workaround is to delete HTCLockScreen.apk and use the default, Android lockscreen, this has issues though such as having to unlock to answer a call, no message notifications other than in the notification pulldown and same goes for missed calls ... The one positive though is you would do away with the weather and the apps on your lockscreen, and, btw of running some command in terminal, you can enable the ability to have different widgets such as cLock which lets you change colours and depending on your wallpaper, would allow for the possibility of having no clock (purely by having, for example, a black wallpaper and setting cLock up so that the fonts are black, this would essentially hide the clock from your lockscreen.
I use Apex Launcher but I edited a lot of apk's icons manually and they are incorporated into my ROM, same with Mods. I edited icons, menus, alsorts lol to get it set up right and flashable in one go rather than flashing loads of different Mods, it looks the same on Sense does mine btw as the icons in my dock are actually edited right in the apk rather than just chaging them on Apex ... It looks like this:

How did you remove the carrier name?
Hi,
is it really impossible for the moment to have a normally-working lockscreen or "no lockscreen", that does not eat the battery on HTC One?
I have noticed by "OS monitor", that even if I set "HTC no-lockscreen" active - idlescreen process keeps accessing my phone constantly and eating the battery, because it accesses WeatherProvider all the time! I don't want to use weather at all while my phone is locked and besides, I have a third-party Elecon HD weather app that I do use.
When in my custom ROM I set AOSP lockscreen as active - I have to unlock my screen on incoming call and alarming, as described here.
Just want to make sure: no any solution for the moment - to MAKE HTC lockscreen not to access weather service to save battery OR to customize side-lockscreen so, that it would auto-unlock my phone when alarming or incoming call?

Standard clock widget

First, I dunno if this is the correct subforum since I'm not allowed to post in a modding forum.
The standard clock widget that comes preloaded on the Xperia Z is great, except that it has got too thin text; I can't see the clock in the mornings and it's causing me massive eyestrain to concentrate.
I've tried SEVERAL other clock widgets but either they're not compatible with an easy-to-set-up alarm, takes too much space, or is displaying other stuff than the clock it self + stupid adds.
So what I'm asking here is someone who knows how to edit this widget to have a bold font where it's easy to see the time in the mornings.
It's the specific clock displayed in all xperia Z photos:
I assume, that once the widget has been located as an .apk file it will be super easy to make a bolder font. If no one wants to make this for me, I can do it my self given that I get an explanation.
sorry but i think that needs developing and a developer will not programm a clock only for you unless you will pay him
Try other clock Apps or try a custom rom (but this needs more work)
Sorry dude
I don't want a new widget, I just want the standard pre-loaded widget to have a bold font instead of the current one.
I know that in the installed apps list, this widget is just called "clock", but it's impossible to find this widget as a download anywhere. That's why I figured some guys here could go into the root or something and find the widget, change the font and be done with it.

[Q] Cyanogenmod-esque actionable clock and calendar in notification tray

Hey all, I'm rooted on a T-Mo M7 and enjoying multiple Xposed mods, but there is one small feature of Cyanogenmod that I can't seem to find a mod for.
In CM, when you pull down the notification/quicksettings bar, the clock and calendar in the upper left are both actionable, meaning if I click on the clock, it opens the clock app, if I click on the calendar it opens the calendar app. In stock Sense 5, 5.5, and 6 this has not been available.
Does anyone know of an Xposed mod that enables this? Or if there isn't one, on some easy guides on how to make such a thing?
