[Q] sgs tool black screen but phone working

Hi all, i've got a problem, with sgs tool i have applied the hack camera and then i've apply the touchwiz mod..all done but now I have a phone with black screen all working, I can call (only if someone call me) I can send sms (only i someone send me sms) The phone i perfectly working but i have no laucher please help me. Phone goes in recovery mode and also in download mode i have yet done the 2 wipe..nothing changed...

I also have a z4mod acrive...can I upgrade my froyo with odin at the JPU version without problem? Or there's a way to acces root from PC? I just rename touchwiz and restore the backup in my hd...please anybody could help? Really I need that

need Mms.apk - SMS App not working

Hi,
I have yesterday flash the v11B Firmware and everything was fine, but today, after I have receive a SMS the sms App will not open.
Could somebody please upload the Mms.apk that I can reinstall it, I will not flash again. If possible from v11B Firmware if not I will also try from v10A or v10B.
Hope somebody upload it, please.

[Q] i9000b dont work WIPE/RESET FACTORY! PLEASE HELP ME!!!!! PLEAAAASSSEEE

I´ve an i9000b and WIPE/RESET FACTORY dont work!!! Even i´ve flashed with I9000XXJPU with repartition and then with JPG.JP4.JPG to i9000b, and still have the same background, and setuplauncher doesnt work, it force me to close all apps that try to start (g.maps, gmail, weatherbug elite, etc..)
Its looks like a deepfreeze, if i delete all via usb connection, its like nothing, becuse all apps are there after reset (wipe/factory reset/)
I dont know what to do!! Could you help me?
Havent lagfix, i ´ve used busybox for titanium backup and i´ve found a folder of clockworkmod that i´ve deleted but its still there after reset.

[Q] Difficulties in rooting the phone

My Phone details are as follows
Samsung Galaxy S i 9000
firmware version 2.3.6
kernel 2.6.35.7-I9000DDJVB
I am trying intsall the new room by following instructions from here at thedroidcity.com/galaxy-s-gt-i9000-upgrade-to-official-jellybean-4-2-1-firmware
But not able to root . What ever application I used ( gingerbreak, root with restore, CASUAL-PublicBeta4, ROM Manager , super oneclick,InitialCFRootFlasher, mtofail) I am never successful in root my phone. Always the applications go unending with message that files are read only and su can be copied. Even I tried mount system(r/w, r/o). Not much use
Request team member to help me in understanding how to root this phone and install the latest rom ( Hope the jellybean 4.2.1 is the latest )

Everything went well.thanks. but now i have new issue .It displays error can't connect to network right now. please try again. I tried a lot . but still the problem persists. my phone is unlocked phone and so is my sim

go back to xxjvu then do it all again from there i had same problem and remICS 4.2.2 working for me

Thanks the problem is solved I have upgraded to 4.2.2. HAve a strange problem now.I have contacts updated from my gmail and they all appear in contacts. Same is not accessible while messaging and calling. Any suggestions

chech settings of dialer - somewhere there'll be which contacts are shown

you could try wiping your dalvic and cache just and reflash the rom if you dont get any other solution

Thanks a lot. I reflashed ROM and now the problem seems solved. But issue now is that it is taking time to connect to 3g netwrok and I need to struggle a lot a connect( switch on/off airplane mode, installed 3g manager, reset settings). Is there any solution for this

Hello guys!
recently i backed up my rom LS 3.1 using CWM
since i have had some issuses with it i preformed a restore to the backup even thogh there was a little line says there is no files
i rebooted the phone and now it will not connect to the network so i can not prefom any phone calls or send sms or anything
the wifi connection is working
i have backed up effs a long time ago!
if I will reinstall a rom will it slove my problem?
what should I do
please help me!

problem solved i have resotred a back up of my stock rom running JB 4.1.2
and now i have service even though the phone is on roming mode but everything else is working therefore I dont care about it
