Here's a link to SDX developers for the Google Videos app that will allow you to watch market movies on a rooted phone. I have yet to try it out but it should supposedly work on any rooted device.

I was testing this out, and it is very smooth. Not very user friendly however, and with the zv8 root issues etc. i kinda gave up on it for the time being. But i do intend to try it out more as time permits. Thanks for sharing this though!
