You can try QQLauncher Pro, it's the same thing as TenCent (Same devs) but it has an app drawer and is in English. I like it so far and it's surprisingly lightweight.

IDK if its just me but the icons look pretty low-res and not well edited to me.
Specially since you are using a black background you can see the bad cuts outs of it.
If it's possible, I suggest you use one of these as those are high-res and will be extremely easy to cut out since they are png's.
1) I'm doing them on my phone(no computer) and 2) my phones screen is shattered and the digitizer is bleeding xD so the quality is crappy on my phone either way I thought they looked good xD
