Widget locker with themes me thinks. There's a thread packed full of them, that one is a themed version of the iphone lock.
Cd's or tapes?
Its either widgetlocker as stated above or an MIUI lockscreen.

Iv been seeing some different themed lock screens for cm7 like pictured below and somewhat similar to miui, does anyone know where i can get these? or post link on here to them?
i think the one pictured is a themed lense lockscreen

Or do we need an extra app for that?
I'm really curious about this too! The stock pin lockscreen is so boring. I want a more cleaner look for it.
