I have HD7 flashed with stock rom 1.69.401.01 (without RSPL/HSPL)
Using my dreamspark dev account now my phone is unlocked with the stock firmware 1.69.401.01 and the same OSPL.
I followed all the steps needed and on that firmware is installed the mango is 7.10.7720.68
Is there any way of having updated also the firmware via Zune to firmware v3 if I flash an OSPL V3 to the phone or it will BRICK IT.??
DOES ANYBODY KNOWS.??

Hi, i've got an unbranded hd7 on european operator "virgin mobile".
When i had 7008 update i couldn't wait for official Nodo update so i tried "install Nodo without goldcard", it worked very well...and when official Nodo was released i made the update from Zune...
Now i'm really interested in jailbreaking my phone but Zune just offers to downgrade to the unofficial Nodo "7.0.7389" version...
Will i stay in deep ignorance or is there any genius here to help me go back to 7008 version?
In fact the real question is : how to flash a 7008 HD7 rom without goldcard...?
I SOLVED MY PROB MYSELF...NO NEED ANYTHING BUT A PC AND A ROM.EXE
THANKS FOR ALL

I live in VietNam, i use a HTC ONE AT&T, I have to unlock Sim to use in VietNam.
Before, i unlocked bootloader and flash a rom cook.
Today, i want update Lastest Firmware of Android 4.4 ( I using a version Firmware of Android 4.3 )
I flash Stock Recovery of ATT, locked bootloader, Run RUU RUU_M7_UL_JB43_SENSE50_MR_Cingular_US_3.17.502.3_Radio_4A.19.3263.13_10.38j.1157.04_release_334235_signed_2

I must have unlocked bootloader to update at & t 4.0.4 to 4.1.1 official with rds lit
to install official 4.1.1 rom android at & t with rsd lite booloader I must have unlocked? I have no root andrpid 4.0.4.
if necessary unlocked bootloader which guide I must follow to be root and have booloader unlocked android 4.0.4
Why RSD? Is there any problem why you cannot take OTA update?
edit: oops, didn't realize that this is very old thread.
Hello everyone, I just want to ask. I've Xperia XZ2, it's AU Model (SOV37), using Global Firmware (H8216).
I want to flash back into it's original firmware in order to use the NFC.
I already download the Japan Firmware (SOV37_KDDI JP_52.0.C.5.295-R13B), but I'm afraid that it will sim-locked if I flash it.
I'm also afraid that since this device wasn't able to unlock the bootloader (since the Bootloader Unlocked Allowed: No), can I still flash the firmware?
Can anyone show to me step by step how to flash the firmware (Not flash the STOCK ROM)?
Thanks in advance.
as long as you delete all the .TA files there shouldn't be any problem, though the latest japan firmware available is android 9
not sure what you mean by firmware though, since technically what you trying to do is flashing a firmware as in stock rom
