I have applied this really cool theme http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1134324 to my OMFGB ROM. all works well except the background in the notification/status bar dropdown. In the theme its supposed to be a whitish grey but its coming up as an almost transparent black.
Does anybody know how this might be fixed?
Does the OMFGB rom come with cyanogen mod in the settings menu ?

So im working on a themed eclair and the others but want to know what colors people would like to see.
I always preferred grey + light blue with unified icons matching the overall design.

White and Black versions would work. Common issue with black themes is that search, music and power widgets stay white or from Community Hero theme. I prefer XRom black widgets. Also in Black theme the drawer tab should be black too or transparent. One color for highlights is also needed. Whether it is going to be blue or green or stock orange don't matter as long as it is consistent through out the theme.
Black w/ either blue, green, yellow, or stock orange highlights. Also add in Eclair transitions w/ blur menu bounces
Hero-like theme with Advanced Launcher, Ted's launcher bar, black notification bar with Hero icons and for the regular icons, Eclair. Blur animations. Black themed widgets. Compatible with Cyanogen. Basically like pdudek's Orange Hero theme but with green highlights instead of orange. Ted did one a while back like this but stopped that theme and hasn't updated to even the latest Cyan releases for over a month.
Multiple versions with different color highlights in each version would be a plus, such as red. Pcmaniacs has something similar with his theme, but he changed the notification bar icons to 3D ones and has started changing some of the text to the highlight colors as well, yuck.
I'd go to a Hero ROM but I've got to have Bluetooth, or else my Bluetooth headset won't do me much good...
Black with blue highlights dark and slick custom drawtables, widgets the only way to go lol
How about a yellow eclair theme?
I'm working on one, but it's so time consuming.
What ever you do DONT match the icons with the theme! I hate that. I get these nice theme like icons that look nothing like all the other icons out there for apps.
theme the bar
i been searching the forums for weeks looking for a themed hero rom where the bar is transparent or completely invisible. can you do something like that?
Hey guys this is posted in other forums, but I thought I would share it here. Earlier I was trying to get red status bar icons because the green and blue just aren't my style. Well this theme works for Aria users with CM7, and it looks great.

Awesome!
Just today I was setting up a new wallpaper and all I was missing was the red status bar icons to make it perfect, thanks!
I've been trying to theme with very little success. Guess I'm still a super newb. Anyway, does anyone know if it's possible to make a CM7 Theme Chooser theme that is a stock CM7 theme but with Androidian's black carrier label/ notification power widget background?
Thank you for your responses.

once some new commits in cm get merged..it is very much possible
Oh so it's not possible for now? I'm trying to edit the files, but I have very little idea aside from stat_power_background.9.png
I can edit that file to make the background of the notification widget bg black, but I don't know which file to edit the whole carrier label section to black.
I'm not a fan of themes. It may seem weird that I'm here then, haha. Continuum just moved to Gingerbread and I think stock Gingerbread is amazingly ugly. Off lime green black notification bar and icons, settings options turning all white, black pull down notification... it's ugly.
Is there a base Samsung theme? Just the icons changed alone would make me happy. The battery icon, the upload/download system, it's very pretty. The rest I can deal with somehow.
Is this possible? I wish I could tell Google.
I agree with that. Try Apex 6.0 you may like that more.
I want a retro throw back theme from the Google G1. Silver notification bar green lay down battery and the old icons.

I have 2 themes available for Continuum v5.... look a few threads down.
Hi all.
I would have posted this in the MIUI forums but I'm having problems signing up.
Basically Iv been messing round with my themes in MIUI and was wondering if someone could help me out.
See i like the stock black and white bar with the percentage, but was wondering if someone could incorporate this with a black pull down with blue icons. Like the notification area in reDARKend 2.4 Special, but obviously with the stock black and white icons on the notification bar, and completely transparent on the home screen?
I have tried applying different status bars but all the ones with the stock like bar have a white pull down which conflicts with the white notifications text used by the current theme.
Oh, and also can anyone tell me how i can theme the keyboard? I want it blue and blck, like everything else i like my theme to match throughout
