[FLASHABLE THEME] 1/1/11 Smooth Iris v2.5 Froyo/Cyanogen roms

Smooth Iris Theme
General info: This is a theme I threw together and is made up from many other themes to meet my satisifaction. I felt there may be others that would enjoy it as well so I thought i'd share
Instructions:
1 DO A NANDROID BACKUP!!! This theme does not work with all roms so always make a backup just in case.
2 Place in the root of your sd card and flash from recovery like you would a rom.
3 Restore notifications bar color - The updated xml file is included in the flashable zip and is automaticaly copied to the SD card. This is restored in Settings /CyanogeMod Settings/User Interface/Tweaks Extras/Select a theme- iNexus_ColorBar.xml. After Importing the xml file to Apply the color Change You Must restart the phone.
edit:If for anyone the xml theme file did not copy to your sd card after flashing the theme, I have attached it to the bottom of the post. Unzip Smooth_Iris_colorBar.zip and copy the xml into the CMTheme folder on your sd card
Disclaimer: Like everything else around here, you flash this at your own risk. I am not at fault if you brick your phone.

Thanks guys! I will try to post some more/better screen shots tomorrow. I'm also open to any suggestions on the theme or widgets. The transparent backgrounds are based off the REVOlution theme. I could always revert back to the regular widget style if more people would rather have it that way.

Any input on how well this theme is working with different roms? I suppose no news is good news

Updated to version 1.5 Biggest changes are in the widgets and new bounce window animations. xml file is also included for correct colors in the notification bar.

Are you running worksheds newest rom FroshedYo Vanilla? If flashed over v8 it will boot loop. Smooth Iris v1.5 is compatable with froshedyo v8. If you flash v1.5 over it that should fix your boot loop.

Floyo Tazz 4.5
Just wanted to report that I'm getting a boot loop too after flashing v.2.0 over Floyo Tazz 4.5. I have done all the cache wipes that are available and no luck. 1.0 and 1.5 worked fine. I also have the latest Gapps. Could the problem be that Floyo Tazz isn't CM 6.2?
PS. This has been one of my favorite themes so far! Good work!

You need to flash the 1.5 version.... its the same thing just for 6.1 and no floyo tazz is not 6.2

I'm going to start working on a metamorph version aswell. This way it will work with a larger variety of roms and versions, and you can also pick and choose what parts you would like to theme

The Phoenix.gif is a bootanimation,the Flaming bird is a live wallpaper.Just put on sdcard and install.There is also some wallpaper
The phoenix Web is a icon form the web you will have to resize and add to the apk on you own.If you like it and need help just ask me

In case you don't see my post in the other thread:
I made this into a boot animation. The video I got from youtube was only 10 fps. I set it to 15 fps in the boot animation.zip, but it still looks a bit choppy. It's not huge however--only 14MB. @ 24-30 fps it's would still be reasonably sized. Might look better if you added some sort of repeatable pulsing effect on the end unless you just want to hold at the last frame until it boots into the lock screen.

I understand this is a WIP, just wanted to test it out and see how big it would be. Personally, @ 24 fps I think it will be fine as an addon.

Here it is. Same as the post before but I gave it the "widescreen" look to cut down on size. It is flashable through recovery.
...and it does look pretty damn sweet!

6. Go to menu/settings/themes/ select DarkJelly and apply....KNOWN ISSUE...
YOU WILL GET AN ERROR ABOUT ASSETS AND SCREEN SIZE BLAH BLAH...THAT IS NORMAL...SELECT APPLY ANYWAY..systemUI might crash then come back fine.If it doesn't consult your rom thread!!!..ONCE DONE REBOOT or flash in recovery inverted apps zip now!!!!

I recently upgraded my theme base zip and realized after the fact that it does not include the Facebook app as before. Thing is i deleted the old one.... I've looked on your site but can't find an archive for that... Is there any way get that again?? I'd be so grateful...

You're so welcome!!! Oh I added it to the apk about 3 updates ago, Just install the one from the market and it will be themed right away!!!

Oh man the next update is going to have my favorite app added.....Swype! Also many more icons and Google play music inverted and and and and....I can't stop adding stuff...I'm on a freaking roll! I need mental help.....hehe

I try to theme Nova today if i have time..it was alredy in plan because i use Nova to. The icons are in the apps, so are already there and with Nova you can change all the icons simply. You have the link for Minimal Text icons in the bottom of the first post.

Your very welcome Texas, I promised travis that I would do my best to keep all of his work alive.
