i tried to do it but they didn't reply me (sorry for my bad english)

I thought the 9020 and the 9023 had exactly the same dimensions - or have I lost the plot? It should be fine - I use the case on my 9020 at the moment. Nice case and it's saved my phone a few times!

Nexus S I9023 - 63mm x 124.74mm x 11.5mm 140g (Super Clear LCD)
Nexus S I9020 63mm x 123.9mm x 10.88mm 129g (Super Amoled)
I've tried many and most were designed using I9020 as the base measurement, those that I've tried either don't fit (gel case or similar except Momax) or slightly smaller (pouch, leather case)
I really want the Tech21 D30 leather case but they only sell and ship it in UK...anyone would like to help?

Thanks for the clarification. There is certainly enough room in the gel case to accommodate the extra c1mm.
I also have the leather slip case but that's a much tighter fit (it was £4 unused off ebay - a lucky snipe!) I still think the 9023 will fit in though.
Which case were you looking at, the flip or pouch?

i can put a credit card behind my nexus and it still fits in its case....
I will have to say that tight fit cases won't work like the Ringke case (it doesn't fit the i9023 well). The Amzer silicone case might fit since it's pretty "stretchy," but the S shaped case probably won't fit.

the s shape case fits fine (about as snug as i9020 with zagg on it) also the casemate case fits fine. its really not that much thicker
I'm looking at trident case. They are a fairly snug fit. I'll just have to try it out lol

I have problems fitting my full-body Ghost-Armored Nexus S into molded cases so I'd assume a phone that was a full credit card thicker would have problems too.

Okay, I was just going by what someone said about the i9023 and Ringke case. Although even if it is a snug fit on the i9020, I wouldn't really recommend it to someone unless someone else said it was okay. Btw, were you talking about the i9023 or the Sprint's version? Don't want to confuse anyone else and I was a bit confused of which version you were talking about. Just wanted to make sure.

iPad Like Smart Case

Are there any iPad like Smart Cases - you know the ones that fold into the little triangle stand - other than the Poetic one and this one http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B008UQJU2K/ref=ox_sc_act_title_3?ie=UTF8&smid=ARK124NKBQ4LI ?
The stand on the poetic one doesn't stay in place if you touch it more than a couple times and that other one apparently breaks down after just a couple months. Don't want it to cover the bezel like the two listed above. Looking for a different one. Honestly, it can even have a kickstand instead. Are there any available??

This type of case i've found to be the most widely available, they seem to be everywhere.
I bought one and it's very good quality from aliexpress.com, seller jPhone Case Factory.
http://www.aliexpress.com/store/pro...and-magnetic-sleep-wake/503101_604963423.html
eBay is another option, but on the UK one the same thing cost a fair bit more.
Have noticed some variation on this type of case, the most important one being the ability for it to stand itself up horizontally which the one I have quoted is very good (look at the product images, you can see it has a clip at the back and it works very well and is very stable)
I got roocase executive leather
that's my 3rd case and I love it. Works the auto wake great once I learned where the magnet in the case was and where the sensor was on my n7. Beautiful real leather and the removable interior sleeve is nice. Not to mention it has a zipper zipps all the way

Would be a good suggestion if I had an iPad.
I think I am just going to say screw this kind of case and get a DODOcase Hardcover. A bit expensive, but I'm tired of these cheap cases that aren't of great quality, don't work as it is supposed to, or add a crap ton of bulk to the device.
Check out the Nillkin Case on ebay. Its a great case that is pretty cheap and functions exactly like the Apple Smart Case..
I'm sorry I guess I didn't read the title completely :banghead:

I'm currently using this one I got from Ebay and I highly recommend it:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Google-Nexu...es_Covers_Keyboard_Folios&hash=item2320f701ac
I also purchased this one, but I don't like it at all. It's more of a rubbery texture where the one I got above is more of a fake leather:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Grey-PU-Lea...es_Covers_Keyboard_Folios&hash=item43b3d52313
Having had an Oberon case for my old Nook Tablet, I think I'm going to order another one for my Nexus 7 and modify it to be a smartcover. Not necessarily the thinnest covers out there but they are high quality and super tough.

Nexus 7 leather snap on case

I've had my nexus 7 for around 3-4 months, never really used it much but now I'm getting hooked to it. Ive got a standard folio type case for it but dont really like it as the flap constantly gets in the way.
Has anyone seen a snap on type of case that is leather. An example of what I mean is something like whats attached but for nexus 7 of course. I cant seem to find one but maybe on of you guys could help me? Thanks
All my phones and tablet/phablet have these leather case :

Noreve is indeed the best. I have Noreve cases for all my devices and would never look back.
Yes but I didn't want a case with a flap as I've already got one, I just wanted a case that would snap on the back but was leather
To be honest....the back of the n7 already has that leathery/rubbery premium feel about it. That's why I haven't seen one around yet cuz it's kinda pointless to protect the back of the n7.
I reckon ebay/amazon but i'm sure you would've checked there anyways
I got a plastic back only snap on case for my HTC Evo View 4G and when I moved to the Nexus 7 I got one for it. I agree with the OP and like the extra protection without the bother and bulk of a more traditional case. I.I too would prefer leather or even naugahide but unfortunately I could only find textured plastic ones. They aren't shiny nor plastic-y with the sand like finish. Bought on eBay. If you want but can't find it I can try to get a valid url.

I still these things at a pretty high volume, for retail, but I can't get a single custom case for it. I carry it in a small, but oversized, Case Mate, Netbook case. Of course, Amazon has a ton of cheap cases- but, cases are one of those items I try before I buy.

I haven't gotten it yet, but I've been a Diztronic fan for a few years (and a few phones) now. TPU just gives it a little extra distance between the face-down screen and the tile when I accidentally drop it.

I have the diztronic, the tudia melody (POS) and the griffin reveal. I only use a case while working. The griffin is easily my favorite, but the diztronic is very nice for a TPU case. Stay away from the tudia.
Any of those cases attract lint from pockets?
Sent from my XT1060 using XDA Premium 4 mobile app
Neither the diztronic or the reveal collect lint. Wouldn't know about the tudia because it was only on my phone for 3 seconds before I vowed to never use it gain.
Well, whatever the case I'm getting something. Thank God motorola screwed up and sent me two phones and I was honest and sent one back, because I dropped mine and cracked the screen.! out of courtesy motorola is replacing mine free of charge so the new one will be in a case regardless.

Yep, just got my shipping notice too!
I ended up with Cimo Motorola Moto X Back Case Flexible TPU Cover since I went with a black back. I picked it up on Amazon. I went with black, but it also comes in blue, red, clear, pink, purple, and white. The only complaint I have about it is there is no holes for the power and volume so it hides the customized buttons. Instead the buttons are part of the case. My solution was to just cut the holes. If done right you can't even tell.
I got the snap case from Motorola because I saw the review videos and it looked nice. I got it in the smoked clear color. 3 problems. 1st is price. $30 is a lot for what you are getting here. Not a whole lot of protection but enough for peace of mind. 2nd is that whatever coating they put on this thing is slippery as hell and it hasn't been mentioned in any of the reviews I've seen so far. It actually makes it uncomfortable to use one handed because you have to grip it so tightly. 3rd is that when I normally hold a phone one handed I put my pinkie under the bottom to stabilize the phone. On this case there are sharp edges where it opens up around the charging port right where I would normally put my pinkie. For something this much I would've expected little things like this to have been taken into account. It does fit the phone really well and doesn't add a whole lot of bulk which is what I was looking for.

I actually use the pro shell case from Motorola, it's been pretty good so far. Feels good in hand and the rubberized edge covers the entire edge of the phone. The phone fits nicely in the case and it doesn't add any bulk to it. I'd suggest it over the snap case that they are offering on their site.
i bought http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00DMOV802/ref=oh_details_o00_s00_i02?ie=UTF8&psc=1 and i love it. it has a kickstand which is the main reason for buying it. it offers easy of use. you can take it off and on easily and the rubber case isnt the sticky rubber that seems to pull your pocket out everytime you take your phone out.

It's ugly, feels bulky compared to the Diztronic TPU case, and just has a very cheap feel to it. I only ordered it because it looks like the Incipio Frequency case that I had for my iPhone (it's a blatant ripoff) but it is nowhere near the quality. If you are looking for a decent TPU case, the Diztronic is the way to go.

That's what I'm here for. Anyone who knows me here knows I have a problem with cases. I already have 5 for the Moto X, and I have a few more on order. The funny thing is, I really don't like using a case with this phone so I have no idea what drives me to keep buying them haha. I had 30+ for my iPhone, about the same for my One X, maybe 25 for my HTC One.... yeah. haha
If you want to get a really good case, help me pester Urban Armor Gear into making one for us. Best case on the market, hands down. Post on their FB wall about making a case for the Moto X. https://www.facebook.com/UrbanArmorGear
Has anyone who has gotten a case noticed a change/muffling in the rattling sound that seems to occur when the phone vibrates? I'd be interested in knowing if having a case on it somehow minimizes the sound in anyway.

OtterBox owners?

I do have the belt clip. It actually looks pretty much like the Iphone ( I don't use it). If I remember i'll take some pics.
I have the Defender and quite like the case itself. I bought it mainly because I like having a holster for my phone. The Moto X holster does seem to be made quite a bit cheaper then the three year old iphone 4 version I had previously. I also get the feeling the holster was from a different product and they just made the Moto X case fit it. The corners stick out much further then they need to on one side, no idea why. I have been meaning to ask Otterbox support why it is like this.
