[Metamorph] 11/23/10 Silent Night v1.0

Just in time for the Christmas Season...
I am proud to present Silent Night v1.0. Please read the entire post before you install this theme. I have made quite a few customizations to get this theme where it is at. I used two themes in particular with the addition of my own customizations to get this theme ready to release. First off credit needs to be given to:
fmjnax for his work on his "Different Shade of Red" theme http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=710482

The modification to Launcher Pro was done by me to get it the right color for this theme, as well as a lot of resizing and editing of the PNG files. You will also notice that when you turn on the wifi in the status bar a Christmas ornament will appear and it can become different colors.

Now to the usual disclaimer: You use this theme at your own risk, your bricked phone is your bricked phone not my bricked phone I originally created this theme for ShadowROM It has had no other testing besides this. Do a nandroid backup before using this. Please feel free to leave feedback Below is a picture of this theme installed on ShadowROM.
This theme I wanted to give a more elegant look so as you can see the corners of the status bar are rounded vs. the straight across look that we are all accustomed too. There are two different status bars the first looks like this.

That looks awesome! I'm going to try that out in my FlashMOD program pretty soon and see if it works out. I just finished adding support for applying MetaMorph themes tonight, so I can't wait to try it on this. I may be rocking that theme for the next month.

Just to give you an update the theme is pretty much finished, I updated with more screen shots. Just want to test it and make sure everything works as it should and that I didn't miss anything. It will be posted in the near future.

This theme will only work over a deodexed rom and I have only tested this on JT's super clean V0.9 rom.

THIS VERSION IS A RIP OFF OF WEBSTARS version he posted. The reason I made one also is because his did not work on the fascinate DJ05 and I made one that will.

Heyy! U just took my files and made the theme, of u had done it on your own then u cud have fixed the aeroplane toggle. But no just take my theme and make it your own port. Close this thread now!

I apologize. I did kang it from ya Webstar. The one you posted didn't work so I made my own that would work with the fascinate. I will work on changing the airplane icon when I have a chance. I just went ahead and made my own theme and post because there was too much arguing on the post you made.

Your theme was broke. I made this so people in the Fascinate community could have one.

webstar it wasnt your theme either, it's Chancelorr's the OP of the theme. Can't go around getting mad at other people kanging your kangs. rofl.

I admit it wasnt my idea, but I had remade the pngs for high res devices, so it took time and effort, once I fix my release of this theme, I will never look back at the fascinate section again. Forget it.

2 things:
1) he ripped off mine but made it boot properly. If I had a fascinate then I could actually test and see if it worked.
2) he released the theme after mè so I kept my promise but as I said it was alpha but now its working.

This is my very first theme Mashup, and I decided to mix up Honeycomb from nitroglycerine33 and Black Alien from gunnermike.

This Mashup has the Honeycomb 4.2.1 base. I added in icons, themed market and swype from Black Alien 2.5. I created this for myself because I couldn't decide between either one, but figured someone else may enjoy this as well.
This has been tested on Blackhole 4.4 and Evil Fascination 3.3.4 and the Community Rom. **I included the new swype from Black Alien 3.0 to stop the force closes I was seeing when testing this out on Community Rom and Evil Fascination 3.3.4. Everything is back to working order now**

O yes it will def work on Evil Fascinate. Had version 3.3.2 on my phone and tested it myself. Didn't even realize some of his apps were aosp.

Thanks! I downloaded Evil Fascinate 3.4 and may try this theme on it, if I don’t flash the community ROM instead.

Nice work! I had similar indecision issues between those 2 themes. Flashing Black Alien after Nitro's HC created an inadvertent partial mashup but this seems to include the best of both. Looking forward to a test run over comm rom. Thanks much!

Cool cool, glad I could help someone else's indecision out. May have to mess with it more and add more stuff from Alien because it's 95% Honeycomb. Don't know if I can do 50/50...but there's gotta be something I can throw in there as well..

Tried to put this wonderful theme on my Sammy Fascinate running Comm rom 1.3 over ED01. It is constantly giving little haptic bursts, it wont stop. My understanding is that means something isn't working correctly in the backround. Any suggestions?

This theme is, imho, the best looking one out there. There is a Swype theme out there, naked blue white something or another that goes perfectly with it.
I realize that the KB2.0 looks awesome in it's own right, though has anyone used this theme with it yet?
I don't want to give up my HC look!

Gonna try to test it tonight with KB2.0. Keeping my fingers crossed...
I'll report in the next day or so, once I have it up and running smoothly!

Finally got around to updating to KB2.0
I was able to flash this theme and it appears to be working so far, yes!!!
I did have to flash it a second time. I don't think that I wiped the cache and dalvik before and after flashing the 1st time. At first I was getting a FC associated with the dialer.
I also use a themed Swype keyboard from kenesis that matches the phone dialer almost exactly and it gives me the ability to use Spanish also.
Sorry it took so long to get this updated. I'll post if I see any issues.

Just as with the Continuum themes, it will likely run on all JVB ROMs. The catch is that you will get the features that are included in the framework that the theme is ported onto, and lose the ones that are not. Not to mention if the Settings.apk is themed you will get whatever comes with the theme rather than what comes with your ROM.

This looks pretty sweet, can't wait to try it out

Add the screen time out toggle, and that'll be fixed. Problem with lockmod, not the theme.

I can't even remember where I found them lol, on the launcher pro thread on the droid forums perhaps. I was on a blue theme before so it matched better but I dig it haha.
