Can somebody make a cab for me

Its a customized CommManager, need to make sure my changes work.
The package file is attached.

Actually, better yet; can someone give me the steps to create a .cab from a package?
If I could get detailed steps, I could create a Windows app that will automate the process.

Does it have all 6 buttons working since I only notice 5 on the photo.

yup, I just need to finish the radio buttons, they have white squares behind them.

how i can change the thread name to:

click edit, then advanced options, then you can rename the title. not all images will come out correct but i will try.
