[Q] Pairing the NC with Epic 4G keyboard? - Nook Color Accessories

I don't know if this is possible at all, but I would love to be able use the very nice keyboard on my Epic 4g (love directional keys for spreadsheets) as the keyboard for my NC - I have rooted both and can tether my NC to the E4G, would be sweet as I would not have to carry an extra keyboard around. I'm really not sure where to post this, I took my best guess.

Blueputdroid app on the market. Also works as a mouse. It is kind of finicky though.

Wanted: Your BT Keyboard Recommendations

Thread title says it. I really want a bluetooth keyboard to use with my Sprint Touch but reviews for BT keyboards are all over the place. Some positive, some negative, some have driver problems, some don't... and then half the neg reviews are from dummies who really shouldn't be reviewing technology in the first place.
So if you have found a good working BT keyboard for the Vogue, can you tell me about it? Thanks!
Not BT, but my personal recommendation is the Spb FullScreenKeyboard, works perfect, and no need to carry anything extra.
I use a iGo (ThinkOutside) Stowaway and it works great. iGo has stopped producing them, so prices are all over the map, but I did see one on Amazon - http://www.amazon.com/Stowaway-Ultr...AKD1J9QB9025J&s=generic&qid=1214779131&sr=1-2 - for $39.99. I travel a lot and don't always want to drag out my tablet so I use this and a bt mouse. I had their IR model before this one.
+1 for the stowaway. I've had one for about 2 years and am very happy. It sips batteries and hooks up to any BT I've tried it with. Thier mouse on the other had has a huge appetite for batteries. Not worth it in my opinion when you have a touch screen within reach.

I've used the iGo/ThinkOutside BT keyboards with several devices, including my XV6900. It's an awesome keyboard.

++ThinkOutside Stowaway BT! I've had it for a couple of years, used on several devices, and love it! I love their BT mouse as well.
I use the apple wireless keyboard with my verizon touch and it works without any extra software you just pair the phone to the keyboard and it works fine. seems like the easiest thing to do

[Q] Best keyboard for a Galaxy Tab?

Hey, guys! My Galaxy Tab will be here on Wednesday (very excited). I am looking at accessories for it now, and I'm kind of stuck at the keyboard option. Here's what I'm after.
- "Real" keyboard. I spend my life in front of a computer, and I don't care for the soft touch keyboards at all. Just don't feel right to me.
- Small, but not micro. I really just want a keyboard that's essentially the same as a laptop keyboard, but without the laptop.
- I don't want to go broke buying a keyboard. I don't have to tell you guys how much the tablet already cost me, and I don't want to spend a huge chunk on an input device for it.
Any and all suggestions are appreciated. Thank you so much!

There are alot of keyboard that work.
I use my Ps3 keypad. Once CM7 comes for me, I'll be using the controller and the keypad as a combo.
I never used apple's mouse. I doubt they will run on my tab.

Microsoft Mobile 6000 Bluetooth Keyboard for me - it works perfectly and you of couse can have your Tab in portrait or horizontal position.
Hi, I just bought an apple wireless keyboard today. It is light, elegant and well-priced for its quality. I am glad to report that I got it connected to my tab at first try.
Switched on Bluetooth, found the device, typed the passkey that appears on the tab screen with the apple keyboard, press enter and I got it! it works together with Samsung on-screen keyboard. Nothing to complain except that caps lock doesn't work. But I assume you could always download a driver from the market to make it work. I am happy for what I got for now.
Lastly my galaxy tab is an international model - in Australia. Hope I have helped those who were as anxious as I was while deciding whether to get the apple wireless keyboard.
Logitech keyboard for Android 3.0
This keyboard works pretty well for me. I liked this one because it has android shortcuts. Some of them do not work since it was designed for 3.0(HC). Cant wait to see HC on the 7in GTab! Then all the shortcuts should work.....

What is about leather cases with small keyboards that can be bought on Amazon or elsewhere? Do they do a job, are they worth for money? Many thanks.
I'm using a bluetooth keyboard with my Verizon Tab 10.1 (Model SCH-I905). The keyboard, which comes in a case that holds both the keyboard and Tab, is called:
eWonder Wireless Bluetooth Keyboard Case for 10-Inch Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1
I purchased it on Amazon for $44, and it was very simple to setup (under 1 min), and has worked like a charm!

You can consider Aluminum bluetooth dock keyboard for GALAXY Tab 10.1, model should be P7510. but a little expensive as it looks very cool, $50.35. The online store 's name is Casesinthebox, you can google it to find the keyboard.
Well, this bluetooth keyboard is just what i use now, this one is pratical cause it is a case meanwhile, so my tablet is well protected from the dust with the multi-functional keyboard.

Bluetooth Keyboard with touchpad

Any suggestions for a bluetooth keyboard with built in touchpad that works great with the webtop hack? I'd appreciate any feedback
I use the Logitech Mediaboard Pro for two of my HTPCs at home. I have paired it with my Bionic and it works great. Good range and good battery life.
It's supposed to be a PS3 keyboard, but it works fine with Windows and Android.

I actually just bought that keyboard too. I was hoping to use it as a remote when I dock the phone in my car. It seems to work fine. The touchpad is a little wonky, but it works ok.
I had to remap the Function keys so I don't have to press Fn each time I want to use a media key.
Now I'm just looking for a way to easily activate the notification pulldown using this keyboard one-handed.

Okay, for the $$$ the Rii BT Keyboard/Mouse works great! the hardware works flawlessly on my PC... That said in Android the Keyboard works great! The mouse as reported by groove9281 is a little "wonky" but that seems to be something with webtop. I would like to see another BT mouse connected in webtop to compare.
Pros:
Size (great for travel)
Combination Keyboard and Mouse
Rechargeable
Includes BT receiver (for non-BT devices)
Works natively with Android
Cons:
Size (not practical for typing a multi-page document)
Laser pointer not recessed enough (KB rocks when typing)
USB port is Mini not Micro
Mouse is a little "wonky" in WebTop (Believe this is a webtop/bluetooth issue)
I wish i could use the BT Keyboard and continue using the Bionic's screen as the trackpad when in WebTop...
I would recommend this to anyone that can't stand typing on the screen when webtop. I have been turning the KB off when I need to use the mouse heavily.
On another note does anyone know how to remap the multimedia buttons?
Thanks,

I have this and it works great. I'd also assume the motorola one would work just as well, but I think it's pricier. You can get a generic keyboard much cheaper, but you don't get the android keys (home, back, menu, search).

Should add that the Logitech tablet keyboard for iPad is £15 cheaper than the Android variant: http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0053FAL...de=asn&creative=22206&creativeASIN=B0053FAL24
Can't see why it wouldn't work, it uses Bluetooth too. So maybe it's just the function keys that are the difference between the Android and iPad versions?
Also had a few other decent-looking bluetooth keyboards bookmarked:

I have the Touchpad keyboard. Works great with Android, and fits well in a bag. Though the media keys don't map to fn keys and there's no ALT.
The Perixx looks really good. So good that now that you've brought it to my attention I might flog my TP keyboard on eBay and get one.
I'm pretty happy with my apple keyboard heh. It's full size for typing, and small for throwing in my bag and my favorite feel for a keyboard next to my Model M. I bought it for my nook color when there weren't even decent android keyboards to buy if you wanted to. It was good to my nook, and it's even better to my nexus
Here's a review of ZaggKeys Flex it's on Amazon.

You can't detach the keyboard from a laptop or netbook. You also can't hold a laptop or netbook in your hands while using it. A tablet with a keyboard accessory has more versatility and portability than a laptop, the only question is whether you'll find the apps and OS sufficient to do your work.
Back to the topic, I picked up the Logitech keyboard today. Best tablet keyboard I've used so far, certainly much better than the poopy one I got with the dock on my old TF101. Pick one up if you can spare the cash.
ThinkOutside
I use my ThinkOutside BT keyboard. It works a treat. It can be a bit pricey from some places, cheaper from others, but I think they are all teh same thing. I have had mine about 5 years, and it works with almost all devices.
Pros:
1. Thin
2. Full-size keys
3. proper keys with travel (not rubber)
4. Stand for phone or small tab
Cons:
1. Price?
2. ?
Had this same issue last week and while the Logitech is good, it is expensive without getting a refurbished one.

Motorola bluetooth keyboard, mouse, and remote set

Just wanted to let people know that there's deal on a bluetooth Android keyboard, mouse, remote, and Motorola Atris 4g dock. You probably won't have any use for the Motorola Atrix 4g dock but the keyboard, mouse, and remote might come in handy. It's only $29.99 right now with free shipping this week. Put in the coupon code A4C5OFF for 5% off. I don't have one of these but I would assume it works just fine with the Nexus, minus the dock. Gotta love a keyboard with a bunch of Android shortcut keys.

I got my keyboard by buying that set a few months ago, on eBay. The remote and dock are pretty useless for our N7 but the mouse and keyboard are fine and well made.
Just got this set yesterday, works very well! Hoping I might be able to set it up for fps games on android. Anyone know anything about that?

I just returned the logitech one since it was defective. Anyone tried this motorola one? how is the keyboard and mouse?
They put the price up to 49$. I bought the set and was looking for a 2nd set to make a profit from.
I sold the dock for 24$ so I pretty much got my first set for almost free.
