Can someone please help hm or point me to a thread avout Rooting the Galazx 10.1 on a Mac. I now this is a noov question, but I am a noob to this. I have had bothe hrc 4g and now I have the evo 3g and have gotten both those roooted, but cant see to find any clear cut insturctions fot the Galaxy, Thanks for the help

maybe try asking in the galaxy tab 10.1 section of XDA. i think they would know more about rooting that

I don't think any of the CM team even own this phone so it'd probably not happen since the phone is approaching the 1 year mark and it's already EOL.

still sucks cause is not as bad as people say. I just wish there was way more support for it. Btw i will post there too see if we can get something going

(Q&A) Forcing D3 on other networks

Sorry I'm not trying to bring back this thread but I found a D3 at my work that looks like its repairable but they'll scrap out. Me and my fiancee are on at&t and she's needing a new phone so I was wondering if anyone ever got the work around to throw a sim from another us carrier into this bad boy. Sorry for posting in development I didn't see a Q&A section. Thanks forum!

[Q] ROMS that work fully with the Sprint HTC One

what roms are there that are 100% compatable with Sprint? ive looked at a few roms that looked good and after reading all the forum on it it turns out that its unusable with sprint.
are there any out there that are 100%???

Try them out for yourself and then you'll know 100%.
Obviously be sure to do a backup first just incase it doesn't work. They should be fine though.

1. i have tried a couple and read every entry on the forum.
2. this IS the q&a forum. and i thought it might save some time for the next sprint customer if they also wanted to know.
3. i am no noob here at xda...i have never been spoonfed. i have never posted drivel just to get a count on my profile
so if you really have nothing helpful to say then dont say anything

That question was legit and was in the [email protected] where it needed to be , moderators and moderator wannabee"s have this tendency to try and make a question sound like it's not in the [email protected] section... Still boggles me to this day !

took me forever to find this but i had lots of trouble getting my recovery to work. tried them all with no luck. kept getting to the loading recovery screen and would sit there for about 15 seconds and then shut down. i looked and looked and read and read and finally found someone(forgot who) that posted a link to another page and on this page they said that sprint had its own version of twrp. found it flashed it and it worked!
http://teamw.in/project/twrp just put in the device model and get the up to date version for sprint phones.
hope this helps some people

ROMs i have found that dont work (for me). if you are on sprint and you get them to work please let me know

I'm on maximus 7 5.0.0 this the only one that flashed without a problem anybody else find anymore let me

i just found out that cleanrom by scrosler is coming to htc one. he has a great rom in the making. he has made my daily rom for my last 2 phones and i love his work. watch for it.

I'm having issues with my gps working. It reminds me of the days when switching to international roms and couldn't get gps to lock. How were you able to get gps working?

After reading your post, I turned on my GPS and noticed it was accurate but pointing south instead of north.
BUT
I jumped in my car and after driving a few feet it corrected itself.
Have you tried the old figure 8 fix with an app that I cant remember the name from the play store? I havent seen anyone else mention any GPS issues in the main ROM thread, but I saw yours.
XDA auto created a Q&A section for this

Mine is accurate until it goes to turn by turn directions. Then it doesn't keep up and jumps ahead. Also saw post 474 on the main thread guy had the same problem hasn't found a fix. So was wondering if anyone on At&t had it working.

I'm hopeful that comes A) soon and B) without having to re-do everything I spent hours working on last night setting up since we finally have the ability to theme and mod a deodexed ROM! I have the theme backed up, but I'm not sure I'll have the time during the week to mess with rebuilding my phone from scratch again, even with TiBU to help

Confirmed working for me, lock on 16+ sats

I can't figure out for the life of me how to get Samsung account sign in to work. Has anyone else got it working? What needs to be flashed from the aroma package to get it working. I've flashed nearly everything in the package and still couldn't get it to let me sign in.

Well flash everything Samsung related to accounts and clouds. It had worked for me. Try flashing the file again.

Had the same problem had to go back to stock and turn off reactivation lock. Flashed it again signed into Samsung account no problem.

You can change any options in find my mobile if you are rooted.
