[CLOSED][APP] Android Image Scaler

Hello everyone!
As promised here is my application that will automatically scan and scale all non-encrypted (aka .9.png) from one DPI to another (e.g. from HDPI to MDPI)!
Use is fairly simple and self-explanatory, but what you should know is that this program only recurses one directory and expects the .png's to be in sub-directories. So, for example, your directory structure that you're working on should look very similar to this:

And the directory that you will specify in the 'Input' section will be the "res" directory. The only files that will be scaled are the ones in the -hdpi directories (because the others don't need to be scaled, right?). This program does NOT work directly on APKs - that's a lot more work than people realize, however I will be making a console version of this program shortly so it can be used in a script to loop across an entire ROM of APKs.
Lastly, remember folks, this will never make your images look fantastic (as if the author released a natively-scaled version) because it's just NOT possible! The resulting images are going to look especially horrible if you're scaling from LDPI/MDPI to HDPI!

It is likely because your 7-zip is an outdated version. 9.16 BETA supports LZMA2, but it is not backwards compatible with LZMA. I have uploaded a plain zip file for you and others: {Mod edit: Link removed}

Ok so not sure about this (wont even pretend) but I have been looking for a froyo rom with sense. From what I have read a port wasnt possible because of the devices that currently have that UI have a higher resolution screen. Would this be the answer to being able to port a froyo sense rom from lets say the Desire Z to the Slide?

The update script was screwy so it didn't flash right, were still working on it... no current ETA...

Changed from port from z to either Buzz or EVO/INC got the buzz to boot...no touch,... wrong kernel on my part,... and all ldpi, working on porting from LDPI to MDPI

Hard to belive he could, we don't even have Gingerbread rom with sens for legend. Such that can be used on regular basis.

Definitely not speedy, but I'm pretty sure there's no 3d acceleration right now at all. I'm in high hopes for this and reeeeally like the looks of phone honeycomb so far!

I got the update too, yesterday. I wanted to root my phone, for the first time, but that seems not to be possibly jet with the HBOOT 2.01.0001.. Anyone found a way to root it anyway?

Anyone else notice they've changed/improved a few icons in sense?? Especially some of the larger ones, they look much fresher and have other color tones... Can't see why HTC felt it was important to change a few icons but who am I to complain!
I've never said this before but this time I'm 100% sure ... the phone is a lot faster browsing around the UI, it felt quite sluggish after the january update, HTC must have fixed the "bug" or whatever that caused the sluggishness....
A tiny 8-9 mb update and it's the best update ever so far imo
It must've contained lots of tiny tweaks.

Yes you can root it by going to the HTCDEV.com site and unlock the bootloader. Then you can flash a custom recovery and finally flash the latest su.3.x.zip file to gain root.

But you will lose your warranty. Hboot under 2.00 is able to soff without htcdev.
Ive had one and i was able revert it to stock and let it repair with the warranty.

Good point, but I suspect since HTC updated the HBOOT version to 2.01.0001 they probably patched the tacoroot exploit which would render the downgrade script useless.
Here is the thread with the downgrade script. Might as well give it a try if you don't want to use HTCDEV.

Mine is already locked and downgraded, S-Offed and rooted via revoultionary etc.
But i dont want to wait for a new exploit if it doenst work, lol

hm didn't got to get the custom recovery installed. Anyone knows around what date the official ICS voor de IncS gets released?

Where did you see this? on HTC Blog they only said the listed devices will get the update later this year.
Yesterday I asked the HTC Support when we will recieve the update. They said this year for sure, but they don't have any exact date for the update.

Sorry I'm not sure about the icons anymore.. I noticed later that the skin had changed back to the default HTC one after the update. Maybe that screwed with my brain or something?

Is there any way to disable power saver notifications? After installing OTA I receive two of them at the same time when battery charge lowers to 15%.

You can only disable this notifications when you disable the Power Saving. Go to Settings > Power and set "save power automatically" to "Never"

here. Use Holiday ROM. I tested. It's full working , stable anh smoooth. Battery is also so good. Try it

1. camera sometime auto stop (HQ camera)
2. upload image by facebook for HTC sense => "sorry, facebook for HTC sense have stop..."
3. battery not as good as you said...
is there any thing else???

. Sense 4 only borken and this. perhaps u should use stock rom sense 3.5 for nothing of BUGS

hq camera connected with sense 3.6 or i'm wrong?
battery is better then on other roms, just recharge device 1-3 times.
about facebook i cant say anything, do not use it..

The Rom is great and smooth but no call sound. This can be solved by flash the attached file.Credit by IC dev.

Your no_sound.zip did not fix my no in-call issue
Edit: Its working after a complete full wipe and reinstall of the ROM and reinstallation of no_sound.zip

Facebook for HTC Sense
Facebook for HTC sense is missing in this Rom.
Blink feed doesn't have an option for Facebook assuming due to the missing Facebook for htc sense.
How can i include it manually . I tried taking the Facebook.apk from another sense 6 ROM and managed to get the Facebook icon in the htc sync menu and blink feed.
But it doesn't open,, it just attempts to open and closes with no error.
Please Advice.
