I wanted to know does the oem car dock bluetooth only for the nexus one... I mean can the hands free bluetooth work other phones?

if u mean fm transmitter, nope.
need hardware for that, not just software.

I have an FM transmitter. It plugs into the headphone socket. It was sold as a handsfree kit. You should be able to find one on eBay/Amazon.

Headphones standard used on the 4X HD

Does anyone know if the 4X HD has an CTIA or OMTP wired headphone socket.
I want to buy another headset than the one that's supplied with the phone itself.

I would like to know that too. Since I lost my headphones

i got these for my Xperia S and they work perfectly on my girlfriend's 4X as she always steals them cus they're such good quality - and they have a mic with button -

I just bought new skull candy in-ear headphones
And they work perfectly on another cellphones like s3 and bb curve 3g (tested)

I mean that i've tried also nokia and lg wp7 headphones and the sound was awful.

I used a sewing needle and poked around the bottom of the aux jack, removing a bunch of pocket lint... It seems to have improved the connection somewhat, but the plug itself is very choosey, and only works with some headphones.

I'd say they will almost definitely work; the Nexus 7 fully supports the A2DP Bluetooth protocol, which Bluetooth headsets like these use. Don't expect them to sound great, though, they don't look great
