I'm on MIUI 1.9.2 beta but for some reason i can't get no internet connection. I tried everything but nothing works?! How can i fix this?

hello. I've installed MIUI rom 1.5.6 on my motorola a853 today
everything seems fine and working till now but i cant login into my google account tough the wifi connection is working and enables me web surfing and downloading but not connecting to my gmail account!
while trying to login it says that i am not connected but i am, i cant understand that
someone knows that?

try flashing the rom again .. ive had this problem before ..
tried flashinf 3 times by now still doesnt work
anyone has any more ideas??
Try flashing the latest ROM (1.5.13) and see if the problem persists. People said that they had some WiFi issues with 1.5.6

你可以试着重刷这个ROM，或者推荐你使用X1.2这个ROM
但是如果你还是比较喜欢iPhone的界面

At first i wanna say that MIUI is a great ROM. THX to GALNET for the great work.
I`m austrian and so i would like to use the german language-pack (from Boogieman). The problem is, that this package includes any setting or something like this, which causes tethering not to work any more.
Galnet includes this package in his new release v2.2. Works really fine but without tethering i don`t want to use it, so i`m back to 2.1.
Has anyone any solution for that issue?

i have problem using this Floyo (2.2.5) v1.0b HACKDROID. i cant acess the internet,market and can't download the mms. when i check my apns setting here WIRELESS>MOBILE NETWORK>APN its appear blank! ive tried to download the setting for my network(3gs and gprs) its still blank(the operator didnt ask anything to save). i can't add any apn for my mobile network even in manual menthod. can someone help me with this pls?. im still noobs on this one.
for information my phone is
android version: 2.2.5
Baseband version: xxxxx-xxxxxxxxx-53404015
karnel Version:2.6.29
You have to manually input that sweetie. If my memry is right hackdroid refers to android 2.3. I suggest you try FroyoPro its the most updated froyo nased from dx froyobread.

Xperia X8 upgrade to Floyo 2.2.5 wifi issue

I have just upgraded my Xperia X8 stock os to Floyo 2.2.5...everything seems to work fine except wifi...it detects my Windows 7's created adhoc network (with connectify, it was working with stock os) on wifi but disconnects right after authenticating...so much confused...Plz Rescue...

Welcome to XDA!
I use FroyoPro2.5 and have no issues.. I'd upgrade to it for a fully working rom..
If you have an unlocked bootloader, just install alfsV8a-GDX kernel and the fix3 addon for a complete working setup.

I can't answer your question, but I have a question for you. I'm trying to install MIUI as well. Did you use the blackrose version? I tried the non blackrose version of 2.5.25 and after installing it only booted into recovery. They told me I had to use the blackrose version because MIUI doens't work on a stock hboot.
It might be an issue with the ROM itself! Have you tried asking in the ROM thread?
Have you tried setting your router/modem to another WiFi channel? In the US, channel 12, 13 and 14 are illegal to use, so if you have one of those you could set your channel to 11 of less. You could also ask the developers to add support for those channels. I see in the build.prop of MIUI the ro.wifi.channels is blank and ro.product.locale.region is missing.
In BCM ICS thread was also someone with a WiFi channel issue. See post #1726 and #1735. I would ask the developer
If that's not it, have you set your router/modem to WiFi N only? You could try to set it to B+G+N and see if that helps.
Hi all
I'm new here. I've recently installed last version of CM7-Boype which was uploaded just last night. it's a nice rom and I like it but the problem is I can't connect to any device via bluetooth. Did anybody had such a problem in earlier versions of Boype's work? What can I do to fix it?
