Read the last comment. NO........THERE ISNT A WAY! Reading threads would have gotten you that answer. The best you can do is voip ( google voice works well for this )
Follow djsteve and you will see that he was able to call his streak7 but no sound. He has stated that he has found something regarding the phone but like I said. No sound

I love CyanogenMod when I was using G1 from Tmobile. I have StreakDroid on my Streak5 but I really would like to see Cyanogen able to make it on Streak 7.

call t-mo and ask about the unlocking of the DS7, you didnt need to disclose your IMEI as someone may possibly flash it to their device and use in terrorist activity or deactivate it (the later is way more likely)
From few days my ds7 screen start flashing when I lock it. It open and close all the time. So my battery drain even it is idle.if some one know please help.

You could try to factory data reset but sounds like a hardware issue.
