*****STRICTLY VIRTUOUS UNITY 2.35 BATTERY MODS****** Use at your own risk if you are using a different rom: Make backup first before flashing!!!!!!
I thought I would share this because I had a hard time finding a batt mod that wouldnt take out my backlights! I tested it for 2 days and it seems to be working great. Someone was able to configure the files somehow and made it work on the Incredible S!! So enjoy.
There is also a Blue circle battery mod and the stock battery mod(with percent) here ----> http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=17101593&postcount=2007

It hasnt messed up mine! I also have the Virtuous Unity 2.35 rom. If you try this out on your current rom make a backup before flashing. It cant hurt to try.
Please report back so I can make proper adjustments.

Just gave it a try, all I can say is I'm happy I made a backup first. If you apply this on Android Revolution 1.1.7, the top status bar will completely disappear and themes will no longer work.

Not to be rude or any thing, but is'nt it just to go to UOT Kitcen and configure a battery that you like and upload the required files?

As long as you are on a de-odex ROM you should have no issues. If you used the one noobnl posted or the DI18-DK28 OTA update, i believe those are an odex and it wouldn't work on that

There is an issue with this mod...when you hold down the power button, when the options come up, instead of data mode...it shows "unread messages",,,also when holding down the home button for the task manager...it says "sim services"
I'm not so sure it has to do with this mod... can you confirm it didn't say that before you installed this?
Omg I just noticed that lmao

This doesn't work for me.. could it be because I've got a custom battery meter too? AOSP Magic theme won't load with the batt meter either. All DK28 compatible.

I just compiled this one from the DK28 rom fresh. Don't know how the old one is working right, the two files (LockPatternKeyguardView.smali) are completely different. The work around is exactly the same but they are on different lines. Be prepared for a long reboot it's normal.
Edit: Working themed with battery percent mod, nothing conflicting.

Works perfect with the this new policy.jar, no issues with the themed battery batt % either. Thanks!
This is a pink theme I made today whilst sitting in my boxers not cleaning like I should be.
Thanks to RandomKing for the transparent MMS I implemented.
Also thanks to the makers of Pretty In Pink for alot of the icon files.
I went through 4 alphas and 2 betas, beta 2 appears to be working correctly with everything I wanted implemented.
Tested to work fully on ACS ICS v5 but I have yet to try others. All bug reporting would be appreciated, or tips on anything I should add change remove etc.

I was trying to look for another thread to tag this onto but couldn't find one that exactly matched my posting. Mods, if this needs to be moved, please feel free to do so.
This said and with a little bit of Photoshop, I've created new data (4G LTE, 4G, 3G) and signal bar icons to add a little bit of color to the top taskbar.
These icons are the ones from AT&T but should work for most ICS 4.0.3 (3.26.502.5x) ROM’s. Don’t forget to backup just in case. Flash in CWM.
If you like it, hit "Thanks".
Edit: By the way, don't forget to backup just in case. This was built off AT&T ICS 4.0.3 so if you have mods such as EQS, recent apps, etc., they will likely get overwritten. Many of these icons are embedded in the same files as the mods.
Wow that looks awesome... downloading now

Just a heads up, flashing this mod breaks the EQS mod. A simple reflash of EQS brings it back but no more colorful signal icons.

Hey guys,
If anyone needs additional icons created or tweaked, let me know and I'll see what I can do. I cannot promise anything but I do enjoy this type of stuff so long as people appreciate it.
Regarding EQS, it's true that this theme will overwrite the EQS settings. Between Homeslice and I, we'll come up with some alternatives.
Give us a little time to work this one out.
Edit: Attached is GSLEON3 EQS V1 themed with my icons. Credit goes to GSLEON3 for his rendition of EQS. In fact, the CWM zip script and text is even the exact same one from GSLEON3. I only added the graphics.

SG,
Did you want EQS or non-EQS with the Verizon LTE icons? I used them before AT&T had their LTE but the Verizon ones aren't as colorful. In any case, I'll see what I can do.

Interesting. I gave it another go with the same file I downloaded and it worked like a charm that time. Very clean design.
Personally I would like to see a blue design. But I think this is great. Great job, click. And by the way, I'm not sure what the EQS is.

Glad it worked out. I think the 3rd time is a charm but if you got it just after the 2nd, that's even better. By the way, EQS is Extended Quick Settings, which when flashed overwrites the data icons. I also contemplated a blue theme for the signal bars but haven't decided to theme that one yet. The blue theme idea came up after AT&T released their LTE logo, which is based upon blue and orange. Maybe down the road I'll put something together in blue at which point, I'll let folks know.
I had the HTC Battery widget on my phone but had to reset and reinstall ICS. It seems you can't get to the HTC widgets from HTC Hub on ICS like I could on Gingerbread. Does anyone know how I can get that widget back?
Couldn't bring it back, but I installed elixir2 widgets and have it there.

Unlike some others. I don't redirect your question and offer you something you didn't ask for. I give you what you ask for or don't comment. Here it is - works fine on my Vivid with ICS aside from animations not working and the background of the details screen slightly off. I'll get around to fixing that.

So how do you get it? I had it before when I upgraded OTA to ICS but lost it when I had to reset the phone and do a clean install of ICS. My wife's phone is still on gingerbread and I can get it on her phone, if I knew where and what to look for I could try moving it over to mine.
It hapened the same with my Desire S. I would like to restore the HTC battery widget, I liked it in GB and I want to keep it in ICS.
Can anyone help?

Yeah, I would like to know where to get one too. In the taskbar, there's a percentage in the actual battery.
I belive the ICS update also replaced Sense 3.0 with v3.6, which doesn't have the clock widget. You can try Battery Guru on Google Play.
Does anyone have a flashable ICS blue battery mod they'd be willing to share? I'm running DarkRaider and the green battery is really the only thing I don't like about it and would like to change to a blue ICS battery.
I keep trying to use the UOT kitchen but every time I've checked there over the last couple of days it's been saying it's full so I can't try to use that.
I'd be willing to try building a flashable battery mod myself if someone could point me in the direction of some good instructions that I could use. I have photoshop and am willing to take the time to learn is that's the only route to getting there.

I don't see a "Boston choice" in the theme Options section? All I see are:
-Stock HTC ICS (sense w/ lingering ICS blue)
-Sensitized Stock (sense with removed ICS blue, All HTC Green)
-ICSense (sense made mostly ICS blue. Best w/ NonSense)
Has anyone tried the ICSense with the Sense option? The reason I use this ROM is because I really like the Sense experience plus the few tweeks he's built in. I'm sure there's a reason he's stated this is best with NonSense so I would like someone who's maybe to tried it to let me know what issues it causes?
I used the ics theme option with sense and had no issues
Thanks guys. I'll give the theme a shot and see if I encounter any issues. I'd still like to learn status bar icon mods if someone has a good link.

Upload Framework-res.apk, choose your battery icon mod, let the kitchen do it's thing.
framework-res.apk is all that's needed for batteries, but if you're going to do other things, you may need other system files
