Could someone who is rooted please copy and upload their com.Android.portal.apk from their system/app folder along with any .odex file it might have? I screwed up and set it as a user app in titanium backup and it screwed it up and now it's gone. Thanks in advance

You can extract the APKs from your old ROM's zip or tar file. It should be named SNS*.apk and SocialHub*.apk. Then using a root explorer, copy them to /system/app (you can also try installing it as a normal APK, but I don't know if it will work).
Or just dirty flash your ROM again

How should I do that?

Use any root explorer. Right click on the file and choose permissions or properties.. One will have the option change it.
Just set it to Same as rest of apps in the /system/app folder
If this is beyond you just rerflash your rom

I'm sorry to barge in but I'm running pa3.10 and I set permissions to RW-R--R-- rebooted and the app wasn't installed... can you help me or even suggest a similar app?
I extracted the apk from stock 4.0.4
It may be because of the touchwiz frameworks but I'm not sure.
Thanks in advance
