Genie.apk ported to Android 1.5!!

Hey everyone this is the google weather and news application from Android 2.1 and its finally been ported to 1.5 yaa!
It works good, all the widgets work as well enjoy!!

Do we run this as an update.zip in recovery? I wasnt able to find any apk upon unzipping?

No dont do it through recovery it wont work, it should be there if you unzip it, try renaming the .zip to .apk

After installing some custom rom, my internet browser always crashes upon downloading files, so i deleted it. Then i searhed for lots places but can't find the latest browser apk. anyone has it? Please help me!

You may try Play Store and find any browser.

I saw that the blinkfeed apk is available for download in the play store, but only for the m8.
Could someone that has an m8 handy download it and upload the apk for us to enjoy?

HTC announced that Blinkfeed will be available on other Android devices later this year. Can someone please rip the APK and upload it and provide a link to it. I want to see what modifications I can make to the APK to try to make it work on an AOSP rom.

The apk is here, in the zip, the app is called prism. If someone can fix this for hammerhead and falcon, I would be so grateful! http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2696399

Installed ok on gpe. Can select it as home from settings menu. However this gives unsupported device message.
The fact it lo installs is good (the other apps in that zip don't). Probably just need HTC to update the service pack and blinkfeed well be good to go. Hopefully?

did you try looking inside the sbfs? and att's latest release has gallery at 1.1.4000

Original Gallery App Download?

Hello,
is it possible for someone to extract the original Gallery.apk for me? I would like to use it on a different phone.
I found it very useful on my P10 and would like to have the same comfort on my new phone.

Ok no guarantees. It is designed for huawei phones and might not work on your new phone.
If it does not work, and your new phone's gallery is disgusting, try install some other gallery apps like google gallery go.

Nope it is for any processor, but the failure of install is due to it is optimised for huawei phones not other phones.
Maybe try editing the apk a little bit and install using this app
